Like him. Stood up to the rifle lobby in USA, had the guts to speak his mind on princess pushy. It's only two weeks since there was a campaign to make him PM. He won't be out of work for long.

Ridiculous he had to leave, he expressed his opinion, which is no different than those who say they believe her. Neither faction has any evidence one way or the other.

Don’t agree with all he says, but his views on Harry and Megan are only what a lot of members of the British public are thinking. What a sad place if we cannot have people expressing an opinion. I for one do not believe or agree with all that I have heard from that staged one sided interview. Where were the questions about Frogmore cottage and the 1 million paid to redecorate as they were planning to leave. For what it is worth I like the real hard working royals.

He should now have plenty of time to hack into dead schoolgirls mobile phones, or maybe put soldiers lives at risk by creating fake pictures to put on the front of a ‘news’ paper.

Loathsome scumbag.
I think you’ll find it wasn’t the newspaper that he worked for that hacked into the poor girl’s phone.
Certainly was his paper that published the fake photos of the soldiers and he got the push for that

Absolutely bell end, but he is right on this occasion. I wouldn’t be surprised if he already had something lined up and the stomping off set was a bit of a set up. Could well be on the new politics programme due out soon. Anyway I’m sure it will all come out in the wash.

Poor Harry and Meghan just want a life out of the public eye and folk just won't leave them alone on The Late Show, Oprah Winfrey, etc, etc.
And James Corden wouldn’t have a job either.
I’ve read 3 national news paper headlines today and all 3 have done polls and clearly show the public are firmly behind the Queen and the Royal family.
So are the public all racist bellends as well?

Old flag shagging, royal boot licking Piers can get rimmed. How dare he decide if someone was depressed or not. Flat out saying someone wasn’t suicidal when it takes a lot of bottle to admit stuff like that is sickening.

He’s an elitist, racist bellend
That’s a bit harsh on Harry , not sure about the bellend

He is a first class, grade A bell-end. A posturing tosser of the highest order. However, I suspect he's bang on the money here and history will vindicate him. Also he is as free to express his opinion as the other 'woke' fellow involved.

I have zero interest in Harry or Meghan, whether she is/was depressed, whether someone was nasty to her etc etc. She is high-maintenance for sure, and I don't envy Harry one iota.

I wish people would stop feeding the gutter press by buying the w*nk rags.

Me too. The only media figure who publicly held the government to account throughout COVID.

He'll be on another channel in the forthcoming weeks getting double what he was.
Very unlikely Mac, there is only the Beeb as competition for brekkie TV and they pay less, a lot less.

I would imagine the majority who enter such polls are, yes.

I’ve no real issue with him making money on being shorty and offensive, people buy into it and believe he’s being ‘true’. It’s the same as Hopkins, Farage and plenty of others.

But he knew about phone hacking and he knew what he was doing when he was inside trading. The bloke just comes across as a massive cunt if I’m honest.

The right to free speech is not the right to be the presenter on a national tv breakfast show and undermine your channel’s mental health campaign after one of their highest profile hosts committed suicide recently.

And let’s not forget who walked out like a massive baby after 30 seconds of completely benign criticism. This is all staged by him to get to work on Neil’s new channel or sell his latest book or whatever grift he needed the PR for. There’s a lot of money in manufacturing culture war BS

So reading that statement across to say a general election poll your preaching all people who do polls are racist bellends?
Sorry but that’s just a stupid immature answer.
But a GE isn't comparable, polls are generally swayed to the views of those commissioning them.

So people doing polls on the royal family are racist bellends but people doing a G E poll aren’t?
I’am still trying to get my head round why anyone asked a question for a poll about the royal family is a racist bellend that’s all.

“Had to leave.” ?

He left of his own accord and if he had been forced out or even given a golden handshake to encourage his departure then he is bolshi enough to say what happened.

By the way I think Alex Beresford should be his replacement.
Spoke very well and didn’t get rattled at all by Morgan’s usual bully boy tactics.

I don't give a toss about any of the parties involved in this to be honest.
And why should we give a sh*t? We are just brainwashed (by the right wing media) to believe that all of this stuff is important to us. The reality is, we don't know any of them and they will have no impact on our lives. Rather than getting worked up about a bunch of privaliged, egocentric, toffs washing their dirty linen in public, I think there are far more important things concerning us at the moment, such as will the Mighty Tangerines get promoted this year? 😀

Like anything else in this country, you can think it but you daren't say it. With an estimated wealth of 14m i doubt that he gives a flying fuck what people say or think about him.

This sh*t is plastered all over EVERY part of the media. Dullards everywhere, sat on sofas griping, fawning and wringing their hands over how one nasty over privileged person was to another and how someone might have said something that could be interpreted as racist to the poor little over privileged princess. Diddums.

Meanwhile, the police shoot innocent people in Myanmar and a generation of kids starve in Yemen. What a f*cked up world we have created eh?

I had to laugh last night when he said he was defending free speech. Whether or not you agree with his opinions (I sometimes did and sometimes didn't) his attitude was there was only his opinion and he used to talk down other people so they couldn't express an alternative opnion. So much for free speech.
It is one thing playing the pantomime villain to challenge people and get the ratings up but he went too far on Monday and he didn't like being called out about it. And it is not the first time as his behaviour has been getting progressively worse. I am sure if he publicly talked about personal mental issues he wouldn't expect people to just rubbish him
