Most of our injuries are caused on the training ground or tripping up at home, I'd be more worried about red cards.
For me let them play without fear of the league and dropping points , take risks have good go and that will only breed confidence, all football matches are there to be won, besides the kids have a league and cup of there own standard.

Generally I would advocate squad rotation for the FA Cup but this year with the break for the World Cup we don't have anyone who has been overplayed. Appleton also needs a win to keep the pressure off himself as well as the players. I don't honestly think he has too many options either.
