Andy Lyon for young player. He's handled the step up really well, having only arrived in January & as a full back he's managed to be 2nd top scorer!

Well maybe he could win a commitment award. But when he’s been consistently pretty dire since the World Cup, as indicated by him now finally being dropped, I’m not sure he should even be considered.
