Mine is saying I have no reserved seats at present but I am a season ticket holder. It does say on my account that I am a current season ticket holder though.

No rush except the official communication stated they were available from 9.00am today and therefore in my book they should be available from 9am today !!!

Exactly. Done that and it says I have one reserved ticket, click on that and I have no events available.

If it was any other site I'd think I was being scammed. As it is, it's just BFC's IT.

I got an email, my lad didn't. He had a notification for a disappearing ticket and I didn't have one.
As my wife has so eloquently just put it....
'they've buggerred it up again haven't they making it more complicated than it needed to be'
Ah well, I'm sure we will get them at some point

I knew I should have come on here first for advice before trying to call them!
