Playoff tickets bought yet?

Dead easy for me.
Clicked on buy tickets. Signed in
My details came up stating 1 new message, which was my reserved ticket.
Bought & printed ticked came through on spam in 5 mins. Was worried as printer not good.
When paying gave me options of printing free or collect from shop
+£2 or post 1st class £2.70
Any problems try again, or go in, as I know someone who's gone in & got theirs via shop.
 
Seems they have fixed the glitch ....bought mine...gotvthe confirmation just waiting for the printable ticket now...woop woop UTMP
 
i got mine i wasnt easy when it came up i had a reseverved ticket it was a while before i actually got a chance to buy it but i am very happy now

N.B. When printing your ticket make sure ALL of the barcode is on it. That's the bit that gets scanned, when I just printed mine it cut the edge off - you can solve this by shrinking the print size a bit 🏝️👍

2) I sent email asking for client reference numbers at NO RESPONSE
4) Email Has come with Sons client reference number - have still not got mine
5) FFS.......it’s only 4K of tickets
Mow it looks like the technology is failing us.

Just a heads up - get there early. There will be someone on door but when I went to Swindon game there was a problem with reading the bar code

If you've still got last season's season ticket card, the client number is printed on it.

I’m wondering who gets to go in the East stand next to the north?
Hope they at least try to build an atmosphere by shouting abuse at the North so we can abuse back and mock the away fan experience
 
Sorted but I had to purchase the 3 ST individually even though they are linked and my payment.
in spam folder but all printed

Located again ( Swindon game) in top right of Block A which was caked in pigeon crap last time. We had to move and will do again if in same state!
 
Couldn’t have been easier. One block across but only a couple of rows away from where I normally would sit.

PDF received but will have to go and buy some ink for my printer as that hasn’t been used for 12 months!!

Excellent all round for me. Can’t wait for the game, just hope we are 5-0 up form the first game 😂

You've got love us Brits doesn't matter if it's Petrol, water,pasta, bog roll now a guaranteed ticket with a delegated seat everything is a panic rush.

Then there moaning when the system isn't working or run out and they are having a crap wiping with newspapers. 😁
 
Had a problem printing. I blame MrsDP, she pressed print and got the whole email printed as we couldn't see where to actually print the ticket.
I came back to it 20 mins ago and managed to find the 'Print Ticket' sign.
Printed now, all is OK.
I blame the 'Age thing'. MrsDP obviously.😉
PS I've been moved to next Block, Q.

I knew I’d have this problem, so contacted the club yesterday.

Contact the club with your child’s client account number (on their season ticket) and an email address for them (it can’t be an address already used by you on the BFC ticketing system). The club will link the account to the email.

You can then request reset password and all good to go for accessing the account.

Lol calm down. Your client reference numbers are on your season tickets, and literally every single email you get from the club regarding tickets.
