PNE AWAY ….Sorry another thread!!!!!

I think there should only be two sales stages.

1) ST holders who were ST holders last season who must have gone to at least one away game this season after and including Cardiff City.

2) All ST holders who have been to at least one away game this Season after and including Cardiff City.

It’s impossible to be fair to “everyone” but I think that is the fairest I can come up to to date and time is moving on.

At least anyone who knows they are not getting a ticket can get one by “hook or by crook” from Preston connections.

Good Luck Lancs Police & PNE “Putting Two Sets of Fans At Risk Again”……”On YOUR TWO HEADS” “It WILL Be”…if anything goes wrong!!

Sorry don’t agree on this one Ashley.

Season ticket holders who’ve been to at least over half of away games this season up until releasing of the match tickets.
Mand yes before I get slaughtered, I have missed only 1 match home and away this season certainly with this pke away match in mind!Probably line many others!
Enjoy the ruggers Ashley and cu on the plf Stoke trip👍👍🧡🧡

Why after Cardiff? It will be same as what they did for Fleetwood. Season ticket holders plus 2 away games.
Anyone purchasing tickets for away games should always ensure the ticket office attach the names to the tickets of everyone that goes. For example if I bought 4 away tickets for myself and 3 other season ticket holders only I would be on the database for attending. They dont do this automatically and you have to ask for them to do it.

Are Pool fans buying tickets for the home end? I’ll never get one for our end so thinking of getting one but would appreciate a bit of back up if I get rumbled.

What a load of shit you talk .
We have one of the safest grounds I have ever been to where safety is paramount.
You have to be a member or on our data base to get a ticket .
All I can say If you manage to get a ticket in the home end good luck with that one because you will need it .😂.
You lot didn’t care about us at Bloomfield Road when we played & it’s well know how poor policing & security is at your place.
Not to mention the away stand .
There will definitely be 18,000 + crowd for the match.

Every season ticket holder that's been to a few away games this season will get one,
So I Don't know why people are getting themselves stressed,
Any spares give us a shout 🙂

The club should hold an audition like the XFactor. 😂

Seriously though, If you’re not prepared to at least sing / chant and get behind the team then there’s no point in going.
The last thing the boys need is Bloomfield Road’s equivalent to PNE Joan !

The least unfair way is to reward people who go to all the games and work down from there.

I also can't go to certain games cos of work, can't do midweek away matches, literally impossible and I can't book time off before anyone says so I'm not trying to feather my own nest.

It just seems logical. It's an away game with limited tickets. So the people who have followed and spent the most and given them most time up doing so would logically get the reward.

You don't have people in Starbucks saying 'can I have my free coffee please, my card isn't full but I don't always get the chance to pop in and buy a coffee' or people in Sainsbury's going 'my nectar points should be worth double because I came shopping on a particular date I've arbitrarily decided is an important one' or people saying "dear British airways, I don't actually have any frequent flyer miles, but please can I have a flight to Dubai because I would like one and often think about flying'

I'm not being sarcastic to be a **, but if I'd been to all the home and away games and then lost to me (who hasn't) in a ballot, I'd be fuming.

The club doing anything else would just be nonsensical.

There is no fair way to do this. For example I dont agree on away days getting the tickets as it’s not fair on people like me who has a buisness to run and only get to every home game and odd away games.
On the away games I have been to my so. Has boy ugly the tickets for us so it looks like I haven’t been to any at all even tho I have
Disagree Michelle

I’ve missed only one away match league and cup!
Appreciate peoples other commitments, but I’ve unfortunately been in similar situations to yourself in respect of being unable to travel away and have also suffered!
It’s the only fair way, and you’ve got to ask that if people in the same situation as you Michelle would they have traveled the distances and incurred expenses to do so?

And btw Michelle that is definitely NOT intended as a dig at yourself.

Btw I really hope you do get a ticket 👍🧡🧡🧡

It’s unfortunate for you, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fair on you. It’s perfectly fair for the Club to prioritise those who attend more away games and that’s not unfair on you, because you don’t / can’t attend many and so you should be lower down the priority list.

Most of us go to every home game, but there are also people who travel the length and breadth of the U.K. to attend away games…. Those people should be prioritised for away tickets, because they don’t just want to attend the so called ‘glory fixtures’.

I think sometimes we can get mixed up with what is fair and what doesn’t suit us personally.

Edit: The only thing I would say about away tickets is that many of us buy tickets for mates. So sometimes people will have attended away fixtures, but have no purchase history, because someone else bought their tickets.

i will translate for you all
Her son has purchased her away tickets for her so she won't have any previous buying history.
Unfortunately then, and if she’s a sth, Michelle has made a schoolboy error and something that people have posted before!🤷🏻‍♂️
If she gave her son her client reference each time then she’d have no problem!
It’s not a great situation, however if the club don’t take into account regular travelling fans then it’s a bloody MASSIVE og!!🧡🧡

What a load of bollocks.

The only fair way is for ST holders who have been to at least 2 away days and also make the most noise based on home atmosphere creation, to be graded and put into the hat....

True, but again about the away tickets of people haven't linked them then that just as unfortunate as the other situation, club can only go off whats there.

agree with you - the game is this season and should be based on aways attended this season with a ST holder

Maybe we need to start auditions.

I was thinking about one big massive game of Runaround on the pitch at half time in a home game before the Nobbers match.

All those that want a ticket go on the pitch and they get whittled down until the number of people left equals the allocation.

It wouldn't have to be questions, there could be all sorts of qualifying/disqualifying criteria, for example at the start they could say all those who have/haven't done this please feck off back to your seats.

For obvious reasons, the great Mike Reid will not be able to compere the event but I'm sure Tony Parr would be a willing and able deputy.

Runaround now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep fairest way is St holders with the most away credits get first dibs. Will prob mean I miss out as I've got 4 away games behind me but I'm OK with that if that's the case.
Quite a few clubs do away travel club schemes for this very reason and it may be something we could look at to give a set order to avoid any confusion or questions in the future.

Larry you should be ok imo 👍🧡
It’s been the same people pretty much attending the away games, so if this how the club go I’d say 3 or 4 away games as it stands should be enough.

As said above the club will probably do exactly the same as Cods away which we only got 800-ST holder plus two away games first come first served the rest is nonsense and utterly confusing.
We are getting overly obsessed with this Tuesday night game when 4 days later we are playing Blackburn where they can give us 4k lets try and sell that out also.

Slightly different the cods and pke?🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
And like I said above a MASSIVE og to disrespect the supporters who are sth who go away every week!!!!🧡🧡🧡🧡

Not really both big games and if the Cods gave us the whole stadium at there's we'd sell it out.
No one disrespecting ST holders not a chance you'll be able to get a ticket unless you have one.

Should be 7k available.

Btw check through numerous previous posts over last 2/3 years??

Majority say cods is a nothing game ?🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

The only people who should be guaranteed a seat are the volunteers.
Just thought I'd throw that in the mix even if I don't actually think it.

Supporters attending away games DO NOT pay the bills
I would like to see the people who paid for a ST last year rewarded. It may be selfish as I was one but we paid money out knowing there was little chance of seeing any games
That would be 4000 then and only then start to look at away attendances if oversubscribed

….no doubt you will be living the dream for a lot longer….and of course it will never happen.
….and the police kettling that goes on after we play at Dumpdale is hardly safe.
….as for 16000 Preston fans turning up…you are having a laugh….and even if they did it would still be the away fans making one hell of a lot more noise.

is 47 your IQ level by the way.

Tigger..I was one,and the short form one before that, and again this season but I am more than happy for someone who is a ST and is making the away games too to be ahead of me in the allocation this time as I am no longer( an age thing) doing midweek games, though had we had a bigger allocation I might well have done so.
….I will be at Stoke…which will be my first away game.I have to do at least one ( after well over 60 years of following us ) even now and hopefully T’ Rovers too.

My last away game was Wembley v Lincoln….if that counts as one 😄

Wrong we didn't think we would miss ALL of the games but some as we where starting to come out of Covid even had a test game against Lincoln with a 1000 in not a chance the 4000 would have handed over the cash to see no games.
If we had been a Championship club we would have got all of our money back or frozen for a season like all 23 did.

We shouldn't get a medal for the commitment last season it's divisive and we've gone through enough of that shit already.

Why? you clearly don’t prioritise Blackpool FC over everything else in your life. People who should get to go simple as that.
