We are hanging on by a string.
We have not been relegated.
However inevitable it seems we should still get behind the team and manager and for that matter the board and owner.
As unhappy with the football situation as it is there are positives within the club.
The club is well run, of that there is no doubt.
Yes, mistakes in recruitment both on and off the field have been made.
Injuries have absolutely killed us but there's not much the club can do about that. We must have had 5 or 6 long term injuries over the season to a squad that is thread bare.
BFC is not a big club and the league table has us just about right in terms of attendance and revenue.
So what do we do? Crying and stamping our feet and blaming so and so and saying 'im not going anymore' etc etc will have only a detrimental effect on the club.....
Fair weather fans can leave, good riddance. Proper supporters will, as is their right moan a bit and then get on with it. Get on with supporting the team.
We're not a flakey bunch, we've been through worse, a lot worse than relegation, and survived.
We're still fighting, the players are still fighting.
We go again on Saturday.
