I think you give it to Dobbie as caretaker, give him the window unless there is someone screaming out to be manager and give this season up and build for next season.

3 now, absolutely pathetic, I wonder if Gary Bowyer is rubbing his hands together thinking there is an opening? Bowyer and Dobbie? Or do we go for someone completely new?

I'd take either of them. I wanted Dobbie in the summer, forget his experience levels, he understands the club, the fans and the players all seemed to love him when he took over. I do like the look of Pete Wild at Barrow as well. He's done very well with then on a tight budget and has them playing attacking football. This season is a wirte off now, so let's start the rebuild in January.

Something needs to change; if the manager isn't going to change his approach, there's only one other option.
