Well that was a bit of a struggle, especially trying to click on the seats. I don't think it helps because others were probably trying to select the same seats at the same time. We found enlarging the screen made it easier to select the seats. We ended up with two seats slightly apart. Hopefully the person between us will swap seats. We are also a couple of blocks away from where we were originally trying. I assigned the second seat to my son''s ST number before processing payment.

Impossible to do on my phone but managed it eventually on my laptop. Then it wouldn't accept my bank card so had to try a different one. Phew.
 
Yea took about 5 goes for selections before got one and then had to refresh and then a couple of error messages then another couple of snags before falling over the line with a purchase.
KFC now....Starving.

Absolute nightmare, really difficult to get 5 together. Ended up buying the dearer seats
 
I literally can't assign anything to my son's account. It's looking like I'm not going to be able to go cos this shite system won't let me buy a ticket for him.

Zero tickets in my basket, cache cleared but still won't let me purchase saying I've exceded my allocation. This is bloody frustrating.

Bought mine, no bother 628 in front of me and it took around 6 minutes to get on my seat is chosen, no-hassle, confirmation has arrived. Top class as far as I'm concerned.

The ticket now printed and I'm getting goosebumps already. COME ON YOU POOL. 👏 👍

Logged on 450th in line. Wait time 4 mins.
Opened Stadium map. Selected desired seat, paid my cash and BOOM the Edinburgh Seadiders are on their way.
Look out for our new banner - which I am hoping the Stadium jobsworths will allow in.....

Yeah, he is. I can see his account in my network in the ticket purchase window but nothing I do will let me allocate the ticket too him. I can click on his account, but the ticket stays assigned to me. I've been on this for 90 minutes. I've got so much work to do.

Can't get through to anyone.

when I bought tickets , it came up with reassign on it , which I clicked and assigned it to my son. I then carried on and picked another one for myself. Has the person given permission by email confirmation that you can buy the ticket on his behalf ?

Just purchased 5 seats on coachinnovations.co.uk £39 each, toilet and 06:45am pick up from Tesco Whitegate Drive 🤩

Tried to get 11 of us together was obviously a nightmare. We're spread over 4 blocks now. They capped the assigning of tickets to 6 as well which didn't help! Social distancing even when ordering tickets now ffs!

Anyway tickets bought, table booked in the pub pre match, minibus sorted and hopefully a promotion!! C'mon ye Pool!!!

I'm the same....received confirmation email. No email with PDFs attached (usually comes separately straight away)
Nothing in spam folder either.
 
Finally managed to get tickets. Absolute farce. Found two together click the seat "unknown error please try again" then frozen out. Clicking like bastard mad all over the show.. Eventually two seat worked so i just bought the fuckers 😂😂
 
Had to open mine on my laptop couldnt select a seat on mobile got mine anyway all printed and ready to go.
Me too, wouldn't let me select a seat on my tablet, tried for 20 mins, had to wind my old laptop up, took ages! Stressed now & had to settle for corner 130.
 
Terrible system,took over an hour of stress,wouldn’t allow me to get tickets via my mobile phone and I don’t have a computer,eventually had to get mate to order me one but now we’re not sat together,BFC GET A GRIP FFS absolute shite service
 
I can add a ticket but it won't let me buy saying it exceeds my allowed allocation. I am a current STH, I've cleared cache, checked basket only has 1 ticket and it just won't let me complete purchase. So frustrating!

I wouldn't worry if you've got your confirmation email. That has your seats listed. There's probably just a lag with the system because so many are using it at once.

I naturally worry. Until I've printed it off and that can be a problem too on my new laptop, I'll be in panic mode.

Yeah, I would be the same tbh. The SLO has advised people to email the ticket office with your details in the confirmation email to sort it. I'm sure you will be okay.
