You need to select however many seats are in your network, then on the next page, it will come up with the tickets and you have to reassign which ever ones you have to those in your network.

I had to try a few times clicking on the seat next to mine and eventually it let me reserve it.

Then you have to reassign the seat from yoursel to your son's account before trying to pay.

It won't let me select 2 seats though. I can select one, then the second one is never available.
 
So basically if 5 are in your network, you select 5 seats, then on the next page each will be assigned to you, you need to change them to those in your network, will bring up that option when you click reassign.

I raise you to 4 seats!!!! Keep getting the message im trying to purchase more tickets than im allowed even though my sons are allocated to me and in my 'network'.... computer says no!

That was the same with me. It won't let you buy an adult ticket if you kid holds an U18 ST but is over 16. The answer was to buy an U16 ticket for them.
 
Oh, for fucks sake - now I can't reassign the tickets as my sons account doesn't 'have the correct attributes'

Managed to get tickets. Had to keep trying different seats. Now trying to get coach tickets but only seem to be able to get one, need two.
 
This is an absolute disgrace I have been on there since 13:01pm and I’ve managed to get 3 tickets near one another but need 5 for the ST holders in my group/network currently on hold to the ticket office line
 
Just picked a block we thought would be less popular 130, got three seats together straight away. Just had to reassign the other two tickets to the names of the season ticket holders, I'm managing.
And breathe !!!

Pleased to be of service. Lucky I only had two to buy, any more and it van be a right pain as tickets are being selected all over the place and it doesn't seem to say they are unavailable until after you have selected them.

Gonna start all over again FFS. I'm trying to work as well. Why release them at 1pm?

Green man is the usual goto place for fans on the West side of Wembley. Was in there on Saturday watching Hereford, and with the large beer garden, and lots of outdoor bars there, id recommend there. Lots of bar staff walking round taking orders with contactless payments too.
 
Keep trying all - for me, I have 3 ST's linked on my account - it was a bit tricky trying to actually click on the seats, I think because the dots are so damn tiny, but once I'd done that (and selected senior for my parents 2 tickets) it let me continue - as others have said, I then had to reallocate the 2 senior seats to my parents ST's on the next screen and it would then let me pay and get the tickets.

Getting the coach so reserve us a couple of seats if you get there early. 👍

Did everyone’s email come through straight away? Had two tickets in my basket, paid for them but then an error occurred. It now won’t let me buy another seat as I guess it thinks I have already bought the original ones…!
 
Won't ** let me allocate anything to my lads account. This is absolute shite of a website. Paying a booking fee for this service. Should be paying me for using this absolute gash system for fucks sake.

Same here - and system thinks I have bought a ticket so can’t get another seat (assuming the original ones didn’t go through!)

Mine came through straight away.

It's a very frustrating website. The dots are so small to click and then when I managed to do it, it would say unavailable. You would think it would hold your selection for 5 mins once you've clicked a seat.

Loads having problems. Good luck all.
