A few of of us travelling by train from South Lakes on the Sunday & meeting up with NESeasider (Kev) & his lad Ben.
It will be great if Blackpool still have something to play for but we plan to have a lot of fun either way. It's Kev's 60th & Norwich is a decent City with some great pubs. I am waiting for some recommendations from locals which I will share here when I get them. The Ali Tandoori restaurant comes highly recommend for curry fans.

Who else is going? What plans have you got?

Yes mate from Kendal on the Friday driving down and meeting my lad and his Mrs for a few nights break in a place called Wroxham. On the Monday me and lad will head into Norwich and the ladies can errrr, do what they want 😜

If there's still a chance of the great escape I'll be travelling down from South Lakes......only missed 4 away games this season.

The ladies can head to Roys of Wroxham department store ( you can't miss it, it's everywhere)
Roys of Wroxham is as Norfolk as it gets!!

I’ll see you there lad 👍🏻

Five of us going Friday to Tuesday. No firm plans other than Longstanton Spice Museum, a few pints at Choristers Country Club and a visit to a Roman fort or Victorian folly.

Lovely stuff.

Going down on the Saturday, staying at Kings Lynn Saturday night. Sunday, we are doing the tourist stuff doing some coastal drives etc before Sunday and Monday night actually staying at the ground hotel with a room looking onto the pitch.

Back home Tuesday, back to work Wednesday.

See you all there my fellow Seasiders <3

Lesson 1 - don't stop in Kings Lynn for the night. Nice name but that's it.

I’m going, Heading to Cambridge on the Sunday to watch their game against FGR, then hours drive to Norwich. Probably stay over in Norwich

Best pub in Norwich is the Fat Cat with numerous real ales and home made pork pies.
Probably too far from the ground unless you get there early

If you are into proper beer the Fat Cat brewery has three excellent places, one near the stadium which I went into on a match day a few years ago, very friendly. Their brewery tap is a great place too.

The Plasterer's Arms has a good rep too, for craft ales.

You're welcome to it. Rough as anything. Its got a few attractive buildings - Saturday Market Place but overall much better places to waste your money.
I’ve always thought of it as a shithole to swerve on way to Norfolk but was surprised on the one time I went in. Guess I was right first time

Good luck to all those travelling - my scarf is in the wash, flask is in the dishwasher and season is over!

Norwich has a castle.

I imagine they used to torture people there. Before executing them. Slowly.

Mind you I imagine you could say the same about a lot of places in England.

I’m not going but I know a bloke who is and he has five tickets! I know for a fact he doesn’t have five friends so I expect it’s family.

Ferry booked, I'll be driving down with Mrs Manxseasider. She is looking forward to Roy's of Wroxham from the recommendations above.:)

Not sure I'll be renewing the st's for grandson and me - not the relegation, just that cost of ferries and accommodation has risen so much.

Us fans are tortured every season.

I am also in the hotel at the ground Monday night

Perhaps Simon might want to come and join us in the away end , last game of the season and try and understand what the club means to us .

Strangely looking forward to this. 3 trains and a tube each way, a few beers, last catch up with mates and a carefree match.
