He definitely know some stuff, but he won't know fine details, probably instead of committing and it doesn't happen... saying there's nothing stopping it is setting it up to be correct when it happens and stating the obvious if you know the deal is done and talk has happened with Rooney.
He's not saying "There's nothing stopping it" though.... he doesn't even go that far... And that's what fucks me off about Nixon... He's got a whole heap of Blackpool Fans who think he's said one thing, when in fact, he's said nothing of the sort....
