Someone was saying the same and they had to re do it and then the port vale game came upThis kept happening last season. They promised me in the ticket office it couldn't/wouldn't happen this season. Mines still there , but showing the Burton game .
I checked before every game last season when they were trialing it. It would update a couple of days before every home game. Nothing to bother about.Mine is still showing the Burton game. I assumed the wallet will be updated automatically a few days prior to the next home game, so I'm not too concerned atm?
Surely we don't have to do the download process again? I realise it was relatively simple but I wouldn't expect to do it up to 23 times?
Me too the amount of power used faffing about with downloads opening the wallet every game then having to go home to charge their phones I'd say we're more environmentally friendly.Glad I’m a plastic fan!
I did everything asked of me. Got it all set up showing the Burton game but when I tried to get in it wouldn't work. The lady on the turnstile took my phone and said there is another way by using a bar code (which I actually knew about anyway). Guess what, this didn't work either. So she told me I would have to go into Club Shop for them to sort out !! But then I pulled out my bit of plastic that cost me £20 and it worked perfectly. My ST in my wallet is showing the Port Vale game so it's working in one respect but not working with the most important aspect of letting me into the ground. I am also sick to death of those saying 'well mine worked perfectly.' Can they not appreciate many, many more are having problems through no fault of their own. As I said I've done everthing by the book but the system has let me down. There is no doubt the Club seems to struggle when introducing new technology. With the ST's it would appear not much testing was done. If it had been fully tested surely these problems would have surfaced and could have been fixed before the first game.yep, mines showing the PV game too. When I bought my plastic card, I asked the obvious questions... I was told you can only use one of them per game, if both are tried then the second one/attempt will be rejected...So you have a plastic card. Toggled it on and off on the pass details and now showing port vale, great systemIf on IPhone, make sure updates are turned on (click the information icon below the ticket and it will open up settings, worth toggling off and back on)
Wizaard, I'm not going to say you are wrong because I don't know enough about the system. However I'll tell you what the ticket office said. When I bought my card I told them I had the ST also on my wallet. They said I could use either but obviously it would only work once whichever method I used. In addition, to address another point raised, the lady at the turnstile tried my wallet and also the bar code within it as well. Neither worked but that did not stop my card working. Seems to me you may well be wrong in saying 'it's working exactly to spec.' Bottom line is that there are without doubt problems.So you have a plastic card. Try what I did, mine updatedBollocks! No sign of Port V for me. Think it worked on Saturday ‘cos the turnstile guy waved me straight in. Maybe it didn’t and he was aware of the queue and presumed I was ok. Should I have saved the original email?

That's just iphone isnt it? Mines androidIf you click the pass, then pass details, 3 dots in top right hand corner, turn automatic update off then on, it updated mine straight away
