You'll need to open an online account in your son's name, and then his seat should present. That's what happened for me.Just attempted to renew my sons but not giving the option of original seat as I have paid over the phone in previous years.
Just buy one now nearby and speak to the club after 1st September to move to two seats together? My brother wants a ST this coming season after I brought him along to a few games last season. However, there's no seats available directly next to my current one. The issue is that if the ST holders either side of me don't renew (1st Sept cut off), he will miss out on the early bird prices (18th Aug cut off), despite wanting to buy today with me. Can't see any way around this apart from moving my seat? Seems a bit unfair for new buyers wanting to sit with their friends/family...
You're right . A friend ( not a thicko though ) phoned me this morning how to renew . He doesn't do internet , not interested , he always pays cash at the office. For the moment , I reckon , he's screwed .Why don’t they just open the club shop. Miles easier in person. Everywhere else is open now. Plenty of thickos in town who just aren’t online.

My son has a client number that I am trying to link and its sending an email somewhere, so cant log into sons account to accept , how do I get around this ?
Sir Harry - if you purchase on line the reduction is added at check out. Just checked for my son and he came out with a £61 reduction on the £269 ST.I went for option 4 and on the email I received it said-
'Once we have further information, you will then be contacted by a member of the Ticket Office staff directly to process your pro-rata credit against your 2020/21 season ticket renewal. We ask for your patience during this process but please rest assured you will be contacted once the related announcements have been made and the renewal process is underway'.
Have they changed this as I was waiting for a member of ticket office to contact me directly.
If someone gets the answer let us know, does seem a shambles not to have a live customer service number to support the issues, as we wont be the only ones hit with this nonsenseI'm in the same situation. I tried creating an account for him but it just created a new Client Reference.
I've emailed tickets@blackpoolfc.co.uk so will see what they say.
Backed the new board with my cash in a leap of good faith. Managed to get a seat very near to where I used to be in block K row L before my boycott. Quite easy to buy with my client number in the web address given by the club.
Could you not do it for him and get his money + commission? You're right . A friend ( not a thicko though ) phoned me this morning how to renew . He doesn't do internet , not interested , he always pays cash at the office. For the moment , I reckon , he's screwed .
Doubt they will allow it That is why they say they may relocate you as close ss possible to your normal seat.Just thought of something, will we be allowed to sit next to someone who isnt from your household ? In other words , a group of lads who always sit together would have to split up ?
I got a call back within a few hours, Sarah, the person at the ticket office had my details up quickly to renew over the phone.I'm in the same situation. I tried creating an account for him but it just created a new Client Reference.

Does he have a bank card? If so he can renew over the phone, it's very simple. You're right . A friend ( not a thicko though ) phoned me this morning how to renew . He doesn't do internet , not interested , he always pays cash at the office. For the moment , I reckon , he's screwed .
email the club and you will put in a queue for a ring back to pay over phone, looks a common issueI‘m not sure if it’s because I’m using an iPad but it’s been a proper pain in the arse for me.
First it wouldn’t accept my password even though it was saved. Then it wouldn’t send me a link to reset it the password but I managed to go through the club shop and it then allowed me to.
Now I’m logged on I can renew my season ticket but I can’t my old mans because they’ve changed his client reference number and it now looks like he hasn’t got a season ticket to renew
Well why not have someone manning the bloody phones during the day. It’s the same every year, it’s not rocket scienceemail the club and you will put in a queue for a ring back to pay over phone, looks a common issue
Tried three times yesterday and couldn't get through and have asked three times for a password reset for my account and still nothing. Probably wait a week or two now as clearly they are having problems.Well why not have someone manning the bloody phones during the day. It’s the same every year, it’s not rocket science
