What about his inability to play the best 11. Instead of omitting some of the best players from the 18 man squad and also leaving the best players sat on the bench ? He’s don’t this numerous times in his short time in charge 🤡

there is no plan or method to how the team wants to play it’s the managers job to pick the best players and create a method of playing and adopt a plan.Looks like the players have no respect for his playing style of hit and hope football which you see in Sunday league football, the holes are being dug by the manager and the his poor team selection everyone can see this apart from the 🦕 and his treatment of some of the better players is disrespectful 🤡
 
I cannot be arsed to listen to or read his absolute drivel. Incompetent dinosaur.
Should be nowhere near our club after his managerial performance so far.
Tbh I feel the same about our board too so it's probably for the best they aren't coming out with more of their sh1te.
 
The Board have a lot of explaining to do why they picked this idiot and why he's still around.
 
Their reasoning will be experience and a previous track record of getting clubs out of trouble.

Only thing we can control at this stage is what we do on match days.

I dont agree with MM's tactics I was shocked when he left Fiorini out im not happy about these pre match preparations with Bowler getting the bus alone and Patino apparently having breakfast in The Dunes cafe (if true) when the rest of the team were at The Marriot prior to game etc

Whatevers happened we need to create a fortress on Friday at Bloomfield. Even if we go down a goal we need to carry on til the end.

A win against Cardiff is our only hope we desperately dont want to go down to League 1.

Tbh seeing McCarthys negativeset up all the time. I’ve already resigned myself to the fact we’ll be in league one next season
I know I shouldn’t but it’s the way I feel unfortunately
Hoping and praying the lads can do it and prove me wrong and be in the championship next season
