ST sales exceed 4000 today

Just bought 3000 to give away because I've got loadsamoney. Also bought the entire allocation at PNE and the Cods but will be keeping them empty. I've still got so much cash the Governor of the Bank of England just asked me for a loan.

Sorry - was just skitting the people who want to pay more for a season ticket anonymously 😎

I'll be renewing my one ticket once my giro comes through.

I would love to buy 2 season tickets but cannot log in to the ticketing system as it says my password is wrong. When I try to reset, it says that an email has been sent to me which I do not receive, I’ve checked spam etc.. I live in Shropshire so cannot just call into the ticket office and the telephone does not get answered. Not a complaint, I will keep trying just a good sign to me that we are on the rise again and people are keen to watch us. However I will be happier when I’ve got them secured, can’t wait to see the fixtures on the 24th.

Have you checked your spam? Most of the emails from the club seem to end up there.
 
The first time I called the club it took around an hour on Tuesday. Today It took around 20 minutes which ain’t great but for a small team they’re doing the best and was kind enough to call me back twice also!

Its easy to complain when things aren’t great but when you take a step back the whole club is amazing.

I had a similar issue but mine was an incorrect client account number, had to ring the club as it then said I had multiple accounts.

They gave me a totally different one to the one my password manager had saved.

Was able to reset the password then.

Keep trying if not get hold of the club.
 
I would love us to top around 8-9k but something tells me COVID will have a say in this.

Send an email to the ticket office - tell them of your issues and that you would welcome a call back in order to get it sorted.
They are usually very prompt in reply to direct emails - not computer generated replies.

The same thing happened to me. It refused my password even though I knew it was correct - it's saved in my Safari browser and I had used it before. On trying a password reset it said it had sent me a password but nothing came, even in spam. I tried a new registration and it told me my email was already in use! Bloody frustrating!

I asked for another password reset the next day and this time it came, and I was able to log in and purchase. I have no idea why this happened unless the site was overwhelmed. I thought computers were supposed to be logical. If that doesn't work then an email to the club, as someone else suggested, is the best option.

I think the eticketing system has a problem sending out emails. I logged in ok on Tuesday and renewed my STs and the payment seems to have gone through ok. It said it would send a confirmation email, but I haven't received anything (checked my spam folder). I have rmailed the ticket office to ask them to confirm directly.

I have exactly the same problem, live away also. Just keep hanging on the phone, they will get to you eventually. 30 min wait for me but worth it, renewed one, and 4 back on board after an Oyston break 👍
 
So in the unfortunate event that crowds were limited to 4,000 again , will they go with the first ones to buy ? That would seem harsh on renewers who may be waiting until the end of the month as they were given the option to .
 
Not necessarily ST related but I wonder what the situation will be for away fans. Can see the season starting home fans only.

I think you should give it one more try but during the day and not at night as eyes do tire! Just a thought.
 
The best thing about promotion is it makes it pretty irresistible to former ST holding boycotters who didn’t get one last year on Covid grounds and might have thought about getting individual tickets in League one. The fanbase is coming back together.
