Loves being on the tele that lad doesnt he? Whinging all the bloody time about government response, measures and communication.
Well tonight Boris said on national TV that very high level restrictions had been done with full consultation with him.
Glorious opportunity for Liverpool to play that victim card to the max though.

Seemed like he was asking some pertinent questions to me for the area he represents. I'm not sure he got the answers he wanted. I heard Johnson quote him at least 3 times trying to suggest he had his full support, when actually he probably wanted to strangle him. I dare say Rotherham understands the need for the measures & supports them too, but his issue was the financial package which was less than the last time the restrictions were at this level. Shock horror Liverpool Metro Mayor sticks up for his city.

You
Political game has started and this isnt going to end well.
That's just what I was thinking. You can't help but think that politics are being brought in to what is a serious situation the country finds itself in. And just when you want politicians and leaders at all levels to pull together for the good of the country, they do the exact opposite

What you're really saying is someone has stood up to Boris on order to get at least the deal we had in March, and you'd sooner they rolled over and had their tummy tickled. That's not politics.

I'd ask for a source, but I've really no idea what that collection of words is intended to mean, so how do you source nonsense?

That’s not what I’m saying at all. Both sides of the political divide are as guilty as the other one
So once again you’re wrong. It appears to be in your dna 😆

Except you limited your criticism to Steve Rotherham so it's not what you said at all 🤣🤣

Funny how its the same mayors and council leaders on tv wanting restrictions and clear guidelines. Then whine like hell when there wish is granted.

Exactly where did I say that in my post? I’ve read it again and it’s just not there
You’re an expert at reading things and seeing what you want to but not what is actually said.
The Wizard of Nonsense is an understatement.

So it’s whinging to ask, what scientific evidence is there to support the validity of bars shutting at 10pm? That’s more about lack of government response.
Some issues may well be political, but don’t lump everything into the whinging basket.
