Swansea v Blackpool Official Matchday Thread 20.11.21

Only for the keenest, as it's a LONG way to go. I actually fancy us to win though, don't know why, just gut feeling. I'll go for 1-2..

Typically the nearest fixture to me and I’m booked on holidays next week so will have to watch on TTV.
One thing I’ll guarantee is that our away support will be louder than the Swans. If Lavery and Keogh are back I’ll go with 1-2 to us.

Any idea how many we have sold? Looks quite low on the ticketing site, just over 300?

I’ll be there, no football due to International break made that an easy decision. Plus a new ground for me.

Just checked their results and actually they're VERY good at home😏...but shocking away! They also seem to have a lot of possession in games...

I keep sh1tting myself before games when we have strong players out injured, predicting a loss, but then we go on to win it or at least draw. You’ve gotta love us under Critch. Tinkers but conquers.

I moved to Swansea 10 years ago from Poulton. Stay for the weekend if you can. The amazing beaches are 15 mins up the road. I live in Caswell. Mumbles has some fabulous restaurants.View attachment 8887
Agree, but better in the summer months.
I used to do FM work along the Welsh coastline and covered the coastguard buildings from Chepstow through to Burry Port.

Sorry, giving this one a miss, bloody part-time supporter that I am. Too far at my age.

Just hoping for another game like the one on March 23rd 2010 5-1 to the Pool at home or May 5th 2007 6-3 to the Pool away. Morrel 4 Parker 2.

I was in Spain viewing apparments the guy who was taking us around was from stoke and somehow managed to get comments on radio couldn't believe it and didn't buy anything but 18 years later bought in same area

I'm taking my Mrs down Thursday for a long weekend.
A treat for her after going through 14 months of cancer. Tests, operations, 6 weeks radiotherapy etc...
Staying mid Wales Thursday night, probably do a lot of walking as usual, then staying in Swansea Friday and Saturday night.
Hoping for some good advice on things to do and see on the Friday.

I'm going to try out my new EV

May do the scenic route through Wales as only about thirty mins longer and 50m shorter

Staying over and plan a walk on the Gower peninsula Sun am before the long journey back
Make sure you’ve checked out mileages and where the rapid chargers are located. Not many around in mid wales. Zap map app very useful.
Swansea have been playing some good stuff recently. Sort of match that could go either way.
