T20 England v India

Can't wait.

Even though we have already beaten the kiwis, I would prefer to play Pakistan in the final. I feel like we owe them one for '92.

India are favorites but if we click we can beat anyone 👍
 
Massive game with both batting line ups loaded with big hitting talent.

Really looking forward to what should be a cracker of a game! We need to be at our very best with both bat and ball to see off India to reach Sundays final.
 
Team news Wood and Malan out for England, Salt and Jordan replacing them.

England win toss and choose to bowl first, which is slightly puzzling to me.

India are definitely favourites here, not only do they have the edge on us in both batting and bowling, they go in to the game with a settled side with Kohli and Yadav bang in form, they also have no injury worries.

It's going to take a massive effort from England to win this one.
 
Too close to call but we haven't really got going yet so it's time for us to shine . . . . I reckon we've saved our best for the last two games. :)

Shame I've got travel and meetings all morning . . . I think it's going to be one of those games to remember.

Excellent start by England but now is the crunch time, the top two Indian batsmen at the crease, how we do here is crucial.
 
Great bowling from England so far.

You know India are going to go big these last 7 overs but keep it tight and we could keep them down to 140/150.
 
Fireworks time now, India will feel they are under par here and will want to accelerate in these last overs.
 
You could have put any bowler in world cricket on at this stage and they’d get battered. England will be well pleased with this 👍
 
Disappointing last 5 overs from England but you just knew India were going to go for it they had to.

Poor last overs from Curran and Jordan see India get to the par score which is a bit disappointing for me.

Anyway it’s game on.
 
Is that last ball a momentum changer? Hits a boundary but steps on wicket?

168 is the par score here so overall it's even stevens at the break.

Massive power play coming up for England, Buttler and Hales on their day can take the game away from anyone, we need them to get us off to a great start because the worry is we have had to bring in Salt who's not played yet and Harry Brooks has not been in form so the middle order is a little undercooked. India had two middle order batters step up to the plate tonight, we need the same.

My other worry is how well our spinners did as India have very good spinners and that will be a factor.
