Can't risk Husband getting a yellow and missing Bolton. Rhodes probably won't be allowed to play but even if he is, I would give him a rest. I believe that may have been Dougall's 5th yellow last night so will be suspended? Even though it might be a good game for Oakley-Boothe, I've seen enough, he's not fit to wear the shirt and needs binning off in January.

Aye, do a Critchley and say it'll be a tough match, no easy games in the fa cup blah blah blah.
Stop bigging up teams like this.
Admittedly there are a few shocks in the fa cup but they're called shocks for a reason. THEY SHOULDN'T HAPPEN!!!
Get on the front foot, knock the stuffing out of em and make them realise league 1 is higher in the pyramid because better players play in it.
I wish people would stop being overly cautious, especially Critchley

We'll see. I wouldn't put money on the team you have selected to beat any top NL side. Look at how well the promoted sides from that league have done.

Should pick our strongest line up and set out to bury them. Always like a good cup run. Not thinking it will be easy but anything other than a straight win will be painful.

Ok 'pal' you've convinced me . Come to think of it , as it's going to be so one sided I won't bother watching it. Wonder who we'll get in the next round?

I can't remember a decent one since we played QPR 3 times

Do not underestimate them or disrespect them, that's being professional but ffs you honestly think Bromley will turn us over on Saturday.
It may not be so one sided as I suggest but to be honest with you if Blackpool don't win it'll be only one person's fault.

Oh, and IF we manage to play one of the big boys in the later rounds do you think fans of Villa, Brighton, Utd or Chelsea would be saying, "oooh Blackpool are 8th in league 1, they're to be feared"😉👍🏻

Don't be silly , there's a far bigger gap between the PL and an upper mid table L! side than L1 and the top of the National League.

Was going to go with that myself. These 'fringe' players must feel that they belong and, as you imply, they are league one players.

I just want a team that plays on the front foot and a manager to realise that if we play like we can it's others that should be worrying about us!!

Getting to the 5th round 2011/12 and going out to Everton (was there), seemed a good run to me. Also any time we have progressed to 4th round from entering at 1st round. Seems a lot better than going out early doors.

It should be. We don’t have to approach the game thinking that way, neither should we look at it with trepidation and fearing the worst. If we play to our strengths and they play to theirs we will win. If we go thinking they’re Barcelona in the making, chances are we will struggle. Positive mental attitude.

Reading back I'm seeing Hartlepool, Boreham wood and I'm remembering Altrincham (twice) and those breezes against Blyth Spartans and Northwich Victoria.

Well done Sherlock, no it isn't but if Critchley continues to invite pressure then the opposition grow in confidence, that's the last thing you want from a plucky fa cup underdog.
Also, bigging them up does US no favours

If he picks that team I would be very worried about getting knocked out..underestimating Bromley will see us out to concentrate on the league..we are a terrible cup side and have been for thirty years plus

Connolly is severely handicapped being played on the left, of that I am certain.give Doug Tharme a game, I think he shoes a lot of promise and if given a chance could turn out like Casey.

I wouldn’t say running scared but my cousin plays for Bromley so wouldn’t be able to show my face if we lost and I don’t want us to underestimate them!
 
Absolute zero risk should apply on Saturday.
