Watch the clips, clear as day.Never a red, doubtful as a penalty - ridiculous decision but so glad it was given

Dangerous tackle, straight red. Irrespective of pen decision. As they say.'I've seen them given'.Couldn’t see it very clearly from the South. To be honest, neither could the Bolton fans from their position. Santos was lucky not to concede a free kick just outside the box in the first half when he shoulder barged Lavs (I think) off the ball, he wasn’t even looking at the ball, Bolton fans didn’t mind that though! After watching the replay on Sky two or three times I genuinely think it was a penalty. Not sure about the red though.
It's not a redRed and penalty, well done ref.
Because I don't like Bolton.It's not a red
Pen as its a foul. Why is it a red?
F......IN Hell TAM....where is your head???Not seen it back but looked very harsh
The sending off more so
We certainly can’t complain about the refereeing today
Tackle from behind, possibly two footed too, isn't that automatically dangerous play and therefore red? It's not a red
Pen as its a foul. Why is it a red?
IntelligentBecause I don't like Bolton.
because he was last man and denied a clear goalscoring opportunity. Obvious really. It's not a red
Pen as its a foul. Why is it a red?
Bolton have put a slo mo on their socials, thinking its doing them some victim status. All it does is show Santos going straight through the back of Joseph to get the ball. Nailed on pen and two footed, straight red.Not seen it back but looked very harsh

What’s negative about the OPF......IN Hell TAM....where is your head???
You seem to just want to promote negativity.

Oh bye the way we beat Bolton today
I'm Happy! Happy!! Happy!!!
If he gives a penalty he has to give a red, he took out the last man about to scoreYeah it looks more of one from the replay I’ve just seen
Not a red though for me
But the rule suggests if if tried to play the ball then it isn’tIf he gives a penalty he has to give a red, he took out the last man about to score
Only Blackpool fans would have thread about how harsh a decision for us was!
The etc includes dangerous play, 2 footed, off the floor through the back of him is dangerous play. If Joseph doesn't jump that sort of tackle can easily cause an injury. By the letter of the law, its a red.
This happened right infront of me and at the time I was very surprised, thought it was a pen but not a red. However after watching the replays, it's a red. If we had VAR they wouldn't over turn that. But the rule suggests if if tried to play the ball then it isn’t
I’m not arsed that the ref did but at the time I’m was surprised
Pretty much every single penalty ever the penalised players are trying to play the ball! But the rule suggests if if tried to play the ball then it isn’t

That blatant pull back was a joke. Don't know how the ref missed that.Should have got two pens to be fair
Think if you look closely he goes in from behind with both feet off the ground ,so if that's what the ref saw then it's a redIt's not a red

Pen yes... Sending off ...harshThat shirt pull on Joseph.
Watched it back straight away, definitely open.
Great picture that Toastrack, finally put this dumbass debate to bed!And that's just what it was, taking Joseph out.
It's a pen and a red in anyone's book.
Exhibit A, m'lord.....
