Who's our best LB?

I thought Thompson was the one but the stupid booking at Sheff United is unforgiveable for the time being. Totally selfish moron.

Luke Garbage, I don't need to say anymore

Husband, bang average but maybe our safest bet

I’am not convinced Thompson is our best option.
He’s been a liability of late responsible for giving sloppy goals away his ball distribution is just terrible and getting a second yellow on Saturday was just madness.

When I saw Garbutt on the pitch I thought "Why is he still at the club". No quality back up players whatsoever

We now know that Thompson with his mistakes is much better than what's in reserve.

It's Husband until everyone decides they think everything is his fault again, in which case it will be Thompson again until...

Husband is the best of an average bunch.

Thompson showed promise but is a loose cannon.

Garbutt would be good in a good league one side where he can get forward… might be worth hanging on to him for next season.

Thompson would be great if he just stopped making the silly and costly mistakes also needs to learn to keep a cool head and his mouth shut
Once he does this I’d say Thompson but for now I’d say husband but he isnt fully match fit 😩😩😩

In our current situation it’s Husband. He’s a fighter, always gives 100% and has seen it all before.

If he’s fit enough he starts for me on Saturday.

Thompson has bags of energy but his decision making process and temperament make him a potential liability on Saturday.

I like him and and believe he’s a good acquisition.

Garbutt has had ages out so extremely unfair on him and he was far far better than what Callum Connolly displayed on the other side. No where near the worst player on the pitch last night.

Husband, but in the back line only Marv and Thorniley are Championship standard. In fact we have so few quality players throughout the side that unless we act upon it in January we’ll be down (I know Lyons is coming in).

Husband reads the game well, usually gets up and down the line supports the attack reasonably well and has a cross and pass on him. defensively makes his presence felt - and can play at centre half - decent in the air. not the fastest, but his positional sense usually keeps him out of trouble.

Garbutt - wand of a left foot at times but has to be playing with confidence. defensively reads the game reasonably well but is suspect to the over the top ball and pace, gets up and down the line and can get into good positions but he's not consistent, has a good game then an average one then one - something else.

Thomson, has moments of brilliance and moments of absolute clownery (unforced errors in possession) in every game. can tackle, can get forward has skill to go past players and has a decent cross on him - when he looks up. Doesn't read the game that well and gets caught out of position quite a lot. Looked the business at the beginning of the year but has got steadily more inconsistent.

If Hubby was fit i would generally have him there, hes also a steady head on the pitch,
