Big commitment, big spend, a lot at stake and it’s not going well. He had no need to get involved, he has and that’s his choice….is it one he is Currently regretting?

He's got the team in place, but the manager choice was done before we got some of them and backed up by the supercomputer.Nah. He just needs to bring in a new manager. It happens. In Sadler's case a lot. He'll get it right eventually. Giving Dobbie the nod would cost him very little.
We are 8th AndyBig commitment, big spend, a lot at stake and it’s not going well. He had no need to get involved, he has and that’s his choice….is it one he is Currently regretting?
I'm now looking at Sadler himself as more of an issue rather than a part of the solution tbh
Please explain ?Pathetic comment.
Please explain ?
Grayson coming back for a third time lucky attempt maybe? His only repeated mistake is his management appointments. Backward thinking nonsense the last 3 have been.
I back Sadler and always will for what he has done for the club.
But, he needs to grow a pair when assigning a manager. Think outside the box and stop being frozen in time with has been’s and never were’s.
Possibly. Hope not .Big commitment, big spend, a lot at stake and it’s not going well. He had no need to get involved, he has and that’s his choice….is it one he is Currently regretting?
No we haven't. We've got a bloke in charge who has a very good heart but is clueless about football !So the owner is now an issue? Really? God we’ve some appalling support.
He knows a hell of a lot more about football than a lot on here!No we haven't. We've got a bloke in charge who has a very good heart but is clueless about football !
Colin Hendry is due a second go according to Sadler's tombola.Grayson coming back for a third time lucky attempt maybe?
Like what ? He's clueless when it comes to managers and please do come back at me with stats !He knows a hell of a lot more about football than a lot on here!
Depends on the algorithm of the super computer.Colin Hendry is due a second go according to Sadler's tombola.
Agreed. Name one young player this clown has developed. He just needs to rethink his approach to running the club, as I pointed out in another thread. He brought in a head coach (twice), with a history of improving young players, with a view to making a profit and sustaining the club financially. That clearly isn't working due to the "head coach" being a poor manager! He needs to look for a good manager, first and foremost, who can improve young players or one that can't but then employ a backroom team that can develop the players.
Ridiculous OPBig commitment, big spend, a lot at stake and it’s not going well. He had no need to get involved, he has and that’s his choice….is it one he is Currently regretting?
What Lala saidHis only repeated mistake is his management appointments. Backward thinking nonsense the last 3 have been.

You knob head.Should be, it's worth fuck all at the moment and it's on him, he brought the arsehole back !
Back at you prick. You knob head.
8th or not it is unacceptable. Critchley should never have been reappointed and Sadler’s recruitment has been beyond awful.. he should not be above criticism. We are 8th Andy
Your statement is utter rubbish.Back at you prick.
Your statement is utter rubbish.d
Josh BowlerAgreed. Name one young player this clown has developed.
Of course he's part of the problemSo the owner is now an issue? Really? God we’ve some appalling support.
Don't worry I will slate the ownerMy OP isnt to slate the owner. I’m asking if HE may be regretting getting involved.

No, I ended it after your first statement. And you're a cock. We're no further forward in the debate are we ?
Don't worry I will slate the owner
You didn''t, you replied twice. Here to help !No, I ended it after your first statement.
How do you know that your last sentence is actually true.Of course he's part of the problem
Last season was completely on Sadler, poor managerial appointments and trying to spend as little as possible in the transfer windows
The whole thing was a cluster fuck of incompetence last season and this season in a league lower is looking like going the same way
No planning and very little strategy from top to bottom
YawnYou didn''t, you replied twice. Here to help !
He’s learned a lot more than most of us on here will ever know. And it takes years to learn. From what I’ve been told by someone in the know, it’s challenging. He knows a hell of a lot more about football than a lot on here!
No I haven't it's there for all to seeHow do you know that your last sentence is actually true.
You've just made it up. Blurted out something that suits your agenda.
Do you actually think a multi millionaire has got his money by not planning, not having strategies in place?
Do you think he goes down the local and gets ideas from there? Because obviously all his enormous wealth came from listening to the likes of the people on AVFTT, that's why they're all running super successful businesses and are fabulously wealthy....like you....aren't.
Judging by his choices of Managers he certainly hasn’tHe knows a hell of a lot more about football than a lot on here!
He didn't make his money and become successful by running a football club though it was another industry. How do you know that your last sentence is actually true.

Before NC appointment I saw, by chance, Dobbie training the youth at the new pitches by Common Edge. He seemed very organised and focused and he definitively had the lad's respect. He passively joined in the session and still has a great first touch and football brain.I’ve met Dobbie a few times recently and I can’t say whether he’d be a good replacement but I can say he’s a lovely and friendly man to people he doesn’t know and very down to earth
Get your facts right, sadler on record ,stating he knows nothing about running a football club. You would have thought he would have got some people in that do,then try and learn off them.He doesn’t even go to all the games.Judging by his choices of Managers he certainly hasn’t
Only if he reads the messageboard.Big commitment, big spend, a lot at stake and it’s not going well. He had no need to get involved, he has and that’s his choice….is it one he is Currently regretting?
