Win at Pompey!

It is a ground where we've had some good results and with a full strength team we'd be capable of doing that. The fact we won't makes the task that much harder. Portsmouth are a funny team, Get some great results but also some shocking ones. For this game, I'd say it's more about which Pompey turns up on the day rather than us.

He didn't seem too happy, for a time, with his right hand and had the physio and doctor on the pitch in the second half vs Rochdale.
 
Unlike somewhere like Ipswic,h Fratton Park is a lucky ground for us. In 1970 we won a great game I think 3-2 and King Alan scored and we all started to believe we could go up and at Deepdale we did. Well remember leaving on a coach at Midnight, when will we be able to have away days again?
 
I think if we win on Saturday it'll certainly make people sit up and take notice. Like Wizz says, it's far too early to write us off yet.
 
I hope they play that lanky centre half who was at fault for all 3 Bristol Rovers goals the other night but I have a feeling he'll be dropped after that display!
 
A win tomorrow will be massive result and with our recent form and games in hand would make the rest of the league one contenders sit up and take note that we are serious rivals for promotion!! Lose and in the view of the rest we’re probably out of it!

I just can't see us winning. Too many injuries to important players and the one to big Marv has put the tin hat on it! Portsmouth are a tall side and will take advantage of our lack of inches. I hope I am proved wrong!
