£500k seems a bit steep, but then it depends on how much of that is add-ons.

It’s definitely not steep. Worth every penny. Better than Moxon and I’d be delighted if we got this done
 
Rumours Pool in for Lewis Duckworth. Decisive, clinical finisher who if he signs will not just be here to make up the numbers.
 
This thread has become very slow moving and appears to have ground to a halt. Can't some of our supposedly in the know posters come up with some ultra wrong info along the lines of "Banks is a done deal". It at least keeps the thread going, whilst at the same time pissing off the many followers on here!

For what it's worth I actually do think we'll sign Moxon before the window closes, but I've no idea to be honest, it's just a hunch of mine
 
#BREAKING There’s possibly something going on!

With the transfer window ongoing, the Seasiders are still looking to strengthen their squad.
“There’s possibly something going on,” he added.
“We had a long meeting on Thursday afternoon with everyone, which was good.
“It was very productive, speaking about the squad, speaking about players and targets.
“We’re hopeful of moving forward on one or two, we’ve had a bit of positive news, but I’ve had that in the past and nothing has happened, so let’s wait and see.”

Banks is indeed a done deal. Done and gone.

If we after the likes of Banks, Moxon and Mayor we are obviously still looking for creators from midfield and out wide. Hoping for permanents but likely to end up with loans I guess. Those 3 are all players I'd be happy for us to sign based off what I know, which is a good sign, but i doubt any of them will end up with us!
 
I'm calling it now, an increased bid for Moxon has been accepted. All this injury guff from Carlisle is a ruse to keep the yocals happy. 😉
 
Seems obvious we’re in for one more forward/creative player.

Critch says we’re moving forward with 1/2 more, which is exactly what we need, two cherries on top of the Critch Cake to round out the squad
 
Another striker that's looks to be going out on loan is Jay Stansfield from Fulham, did well for Exeter last season. Wonder if he's another one we could be looking at.

Given his links to Exeter, I think if he was going to drop as low at League 1 (he shouldn't, he's good enough for the Championship) i'd struggle to see him anywhere else.
