Away, and will they give us the full Yellow Wall?Dortmund has been mentioned.
F me, the ground will look like a bowl of fruit.Dortmund has been mentioned.
I m liking to think that that is indeed a true TRue TRUE story is it indeed just another cleverly crafted lie?Prefer to go back to Penrith and watch the Trialist family turn out again in tangerine!

If true I think its great. Showed true commitment by the Trialists family and I, for one, hope he and they went on to truly great things
A re-run of the St.Patricks Athletic friendly from 1980-81 featuring the return of Gerry Hendrick?.
Be nice to have the league cup and fa cup winners here.Liverpool at home?
And see all the plastic fans rear their heads to get tickets, sooner have Accy Stanley for that very reason!Be nice to have the league and fa cup winners here
Doesn't do much for revenue for the club. And see all the plastic fans rear their heads to get tickets, sooner have Accy Stanley for that very reason!
both City and liverpool - a bit greedy that WizBe nice to have the league and fa cup winners here
It was more of a joke Bayern saying they won't win anything else this seasonAnd see all the plastic fans rear their heads to get tickets, sooner have Accy Stanley for that very reason!
I believe they are in talks with knob end so would make sense for them to explore us as well?Dortmund has been mentioned.
We hope so, as fellow 'Cheshireites' we'll be there & so will our Stockport living daughter. As I keep saying, it’s already been announced, Macc away at the end of July..,,( as a resident of Macc it’s big to me)

May 27th.When does the season start? It seems to get earlier each year.
Agreed,it would be a bloody stampede there's that many living in Blackpool, sadly a lot born here as well. And see all the plastic fans rear their heads to get tickets, sooner have Accy Stanley for that very reason!
Is it some sort of law that you must support the club where you were born? I certainly don't as I'm not from Blackpool. Maybe I need to support my 'local' club instead. Funny how nobody EVER slates me for supporting Blackpool even though I'm not from Blackpool but had I said Man United I'd get it from all sides.Agreed,it would be a bloody stampede there's that many living in Blackpool, sadly a lot born here as well.
Just out of interest, who’s your local club LW?Is it some sort of law that you must support the club where you were born? I certainly don't as I'm not from Blackpool. Maybe I need to support my 'local' club instead. Funny how nobody EVER slates me for supporting Blackpool even though I'm not from Blackpool but had I said Man United I'd get it from all sides.
Do you have to support Blackpool because you live here?
People can support who they like. It would be a bit shit if 150,000 people support us in our 16k stadium
Er, no.........it would actually be fantastic. It would be a bit shit if 150,000 people support us in our 16k stadium
Yes I take your point,I'm referring though to the dyed in the wool Liverpool fans like who I work with who didn't even know they played at Anfield, like sheep who wouldn't dream of following Liverpool if they didn't win lots of big shiny trophies. The rash of McEwans lager supporting T'Rovers fans who suddenly popped up under Jack Walker is another example. Yes it's a free country but those are not proper football fans in my book.Is it some sort of law that you must support the club where you were born? I certainly don't as I'm not from Blackpool. Maybe I need to support my 'local' club instead. Funny how nobody EVER slates me for supporting Blackpool even though I'm not from Blackpool but had I said Man United I'd get it from all sides.

Mentioned this a few weeks back - would be a great awayday.Linfield away
You do know the opposition side charge a fee for playing the game add on all the other bits including security etc sometimes it's impossible to do it cheap as the records show there always poorly attended.I hope whoever it is its at home, thats what we need, a big game against top opposition to attract the masses, we missed it with rangers last season after missing the home playoff and Wembley too for the vast majority.
Hope they don't go mad with the price either, was going to be 20 quid last season, with prices going up this season...... whoknows.
15 top end price for me, depending on opposition a tenner would fill the stadium more.
Well again it depends what your aim is.You do know the opposition side charge a fee for playing the game add on all the other bits including security etc sometimes it's impossible to do it cheap as the records show there always poorly attended.
How many did we have for Keith Southern testimonial against Everton 9k and over 2k where aways fans for someone who had put in the service KS did.
15 is about right but if a PL team charge more it has to be nearer 20.
Everyone wants the big teams but it rarely happens anymore, filling their boots abroad they make that much money on tours even the Cods only got the kids when playing Liverpool.Well again it depends what your aim is.
If we are looking to build the fanbase as we should be, you pay the money and charge whatever is needed to fill the stadium.
If you are only after the cash you charge higher and be happy with the 6k that may go.
But all depends on the size of the opposition.
If we get a man u, City Liverpool type side yes 20 may fill it.
But it is a friendly still, unlikely to be anyones first side, so 20 is a lot for that.
If it were me I'd use the draw of a big team to fill the stadium.
That gets all the casuals on the system ready for previous purchase games and means more may come back.
You've got to best utilise these occasions.
I'm not the one saying its going to be a big side, that was the rumour around for a while.Everyone wants the big teams but it rarely happens anymore, filling their boots abroad they make that much money on tours even the Cods only got the kids when playing Liverpool.
So your left with Burnley or a Jock side for example and unless you did it ridiculously cheap most fans or the floater don't care so it's left with me types who'd go anyway.
apparently Mansford intimated it and it was all over the socials last weekWhere was this said again that we have a big'un lined up?
