To be fair Fiorini will be a massive boost to the team when he returns, he is the spark that is missing in midfield and he looked good with Patino for the brief time they played together. It's the number 6 role that is the problem. Stewart miraculously fit and injury free is the answer but we know the problems around that. The club have to get a proper number 6 in by the end of the January window, no excuses, they have failed miserably for 3 years though. Stewart was a risk and it hasn't paid off, Dougall & Connolly just aren't good enough. I am not convinced about Anderson either to be honest, he isn't better than Corbeanu that's for sure. Beesley is an unknown, some decent cameo performances so it will be interesting to see what he offers but certainly not pinning my hopes on him. Madine will pick himself but a front 3 means Yates is pushed out wide and he is far better in the centre, so again, not necessarily the answer. Wright is one who has come to the club with high praise but he has had a horrible injury that could curse him throughout his career, that is just rotten luck, I hope we have our players well insured!
