Not been this bad since very early season, which was rectified by me adjusting resolution. But this can’t be at our end.
 
Why's Virtue run up on the ref like that then when he'd already booked the Charlton player, you could tell that pissed the ref off by his response

Did you refresh your router?

If on a firestick have you cleared cache and forced closed apps?

Have you run a speed test on the device you're using?
