We've been between 10-11k all season.

It's where we're at bar the odd big game. It's ok, and sustainable.

11,000 home fans which surprised me. As a holiday town, Easter is a busy time for many, plus some who would have thought the season was fizzling out, so wouldn't bother.

Good effort in the circumstances.
Few empty seats - particularly in A block

Maybe exiles not travelling

10,600 home fans I believe as you gave Birmingham 3,300 tickets hopefully we will get that next season .
You always have had football fans on holiday in Blackpool paying you a visit.
Also Great result for your lads today very impressive. I only wish we could score 6 in a match.
hopefully rovers next Monday night to finish there playoff dreams.

Thats not right, thats a site thats included the 30k figure for one game, can't remember which instead of 13k.

We're actually a bit less than 300 behind, but they have had a fiver game against Derby plus other cheaper deals, but do have Blackburn to come, so there's not much in it.

Don't think it was 11k was it, didn't brum bring 3150 or around that? I believe forest brought 3233, but I think we're some gaps today in the away end today... but hard to say with some leaving early maybe.

It’s weird as its looked higher for the game against Swansea I think but was less home fans, hospitality didn't look anything more than usual today...

Who knows, I dont see why we can't just have a breakdown of home/away fans like many clubs do.

Edit, apparently there was more than Notts forest brought 🤷

From the brum match report on their site.

Attendance: 13,993 (3,330 away)

So 10,663 home fans.

Seems weird to be more than forest brought though.

Rovers are dreadful so you've every chance.

Regarding next season, I'm pretty certain you'll get the usual 2,200 as demand will mean the north section of the east will be for home fans. Wait until we start the redevelopment of the east.....then you'll be getting even less while that's going on!

Why would you get more tickets next season?
The gate v you was just about the same as v Brum!
We gave priority to home supporters v you lot and so had more home supporters in our ground. Is that not what is supposed to happen?

Wasting your time with the thick Nobbers we open a normally closed section of a stand and sell to whoever warrants be it home or away fans.

They sell half on an away end and then lose a couple of thousand empty seats due to segregation.😂

I think this more or less confirms that non attending ST holders are always included.
There were gaps in all areas of the West Stand too.
When I checked on seatbooker yesterday morning there were less than 20 seats available in the West.

Block Y was available and front two rows of North Stand which added capacity.

You might get 8% 😉

The reason for the gaps in the west is people buying kids tickets dirt cheap and using them about twice a season. Looks dreadful and personally if records show they’ve not been used other than the PNE game etc then I wouldn’t let them renew the kids tickets. If someone wants to pay full whack and never go fair enough but paying peanuts and depriving the club of selling the seat at its proper value annoys me.

Yep I fall into that category.
My Grandson now 18 is more interested in clubbing and girls and only attended 4 games.
They don’t make em like they use to when we would be up to all sorts until 6 am and then on the coach at 9 to an away game!

I won’t be renewing his ST especially as from next season is full price.

Need to ensure we maximise the away attendance, this is why the redevelopment of the East is so important. No point having an 18,000 stadium if your only allowed 16,000 maximum because of segregation. With many games already attracting 14k not that much room for improvement on our figures, sorry this is why I think we need a minimum 20k stadium to allow 18k to attend.

According to this we are also the most watched team away from home. 👍
Still to play Barnsley , Luton , and Peterborough who have some of the lowest home support. So we may fall off the top of that league. Still interesting that we are up there. Does everyone do a "Kid a Quid" against us ?

Average attendance this season now 490 greater than the Nobbers.
What is it with you lot that you feel the need to fantasise about beating us? 🙄 Yes your average is up on your bounce season, as ours was. This season is our worst since we last came up and your attendances will be lower next season. Your actual attendances are just 42 higher and we've still to play Blackburn, so ours will be higher come the end of the season.

i hope when next season fixtures come out we have to go to the rats first - put the onus on them and see how many tickets they give us this time 🍊

one way thinking from the knobbers as usual - you obviously don’t do
much on social media - you are the self confessed biggest football club in the league if you take what your lot say on twitter and fb.

Fantasise about beating you? Blackpool 2 Nobbers 0. We are superior.

Read the thread, I've already said the claim were higher is incorrect.

Its based off a site which used 1 game as 30k instead of 13k, can't remember the game.

The correct figures are here.

However your figures are bloated by the fiver hemmings game, the reading 15 quid deal, 3 for 2 deal. But you do have 1 big game vs rovers.

But as it stands now without the inflated 18k crowd for the hemmings passing celebration game and others etc you wouldn't be as high now, probably lower but not much in.

Its about even once Blackburn is taken into it.

Also not sure our crowds will go down, we've not had sustained success for a long while, we've had covid and the boycott years which severely damaged the fanbase.

We missed out on the usual promotion increase with covid, by not having a full house for the playoff game and 30k to Wembley.

So I expect it to continue to rise as we gain back supporters over the yars by being professional and something to be proud of again. Also by the announcements of a new training facility to be proud of and completing the stadium, plus continued improvement on the pitch.

We also have some of initiatives which may beae fruit.

But I suppose the cost of living may also have an impact so it'll be interesting to see how we grow.

I bow to the self appointed best fans in the world. 😂😂😂

Do we have to show you the endless statements from opposition fans again saying we are the best supporters in the league? The proof is there. Week after week. I know it hurts that nobody has ever said how good the Preston support is but only you lot can do something about that.

A Preston fan taking the piss out of Blackpool for their support is like a homeless person taking the piss out of your house. Makes no sense whatsoever.

In fairness, kids are unpredictable as to how much they will end up liking football. I tried to get my nephew involved. He came to a few games but didn't get the bug. I suppose a percentage will bite and be fans for life which is what these offers are for but the club will know it can't be a 100% success rate.
