Blackpool v Sheffield United Official Matchday Thread 29.12.22

Right tactics again. There’s gonna be a clear cut chance coming soon, need to pounce on it as I worry we usually lose a bit of confidence after missing a sitter!!!

Can’t really talk because am not there (wife and kids are ill) but Appleton has sucked the life out of this club - not seen the stands this empty for a long time.

There is the goal. They deserve it. Our midfield is so open and lightweight. Not challenging for headers around the box. It’s such a wank team.

I heard the sky commentator say “MA had promised to tear it up tonight against Sheffield United.” No Michael, the only thing that needs tearing up is your contract. ** useless.

That's the problem, it' really is a league 1 side and we just haven't improved it, in fact we have made it worse, over the last 12 months and that stands squarely at the door of the board. They have made so many errors since they have come in, around the team and manager that if they don't get a grip and starting to act like a board who know what they're doing. Of course we haven't lost this yet so we'll see what the scoreline is at the end, but I have real concerns about Sadler and Mansford and Gerrity too for that matter. They need to wake up.
