more nonsense. Is it a condition of signing for us that you have to live in Blackpool. Do you know for a fact that Brannagan actually lives in Oxford itself or does he live in the surrounding area? Any player signing for us has the opportunity to live within easy reach of the club and can include such places as Lytham!To be fair to CB I know where I would rather live...

I’m not sure they necessarily needed to offer more money. He and his family are settled there and he’s obviously happy at the club.
By the sounds of it though, they’ve been prepared to push the boat out for him (A decision that will come with its own set of problems for Oxford United IMO)… One man doesn’t make a team etc…

Well he said he loves living in the local area himself with actual spoken words so I'm not sure if you need any more information on that.
I would deffo rather live in Lytham than Ox tho yes that's a certainty. However I could probably never afford somewhere decent in either!
To be fair I'm pretty sure that outside the university district Oxfords a bit of a shithole.

It's upper-middle for the league, certainly outside the clubs with parachute payments, and top, top money for some clubs in this league.
I'd be genuinely astonished if he really is on that at Oxford.

Good luck if you can afford to increase the wages of your entire squad to bring them closer in line with Brannagan, because that’s the path you seem to be going down. It causes arguments and conflict. That’s why Clubs’ have wage structures in place.
