Burnley Tickets

I really Don’t get the negativity around the fact we haven’t sold out yet or its apparently Embarrassing if they go to general sale etc ffs engage your brains!
what does it matter how long it takes to sell out, I’ve been to a lot more than three aways but I didn’t get ticket till yesterday, no rush game is not till Saturday 😁 we WILL have a fantastic following at Burnley and we WILL have the second biggest following in the championship on Saturday, surely in the current climate that is a positive 👍🏻It doesn’t really matter where it is people still have to make arrangements to get there, a lot less easier when there’s a train strike 😯

It's only embarrassing if we don't sell out and we will!! Many ST holders don't travel at all for a variety of reasons. I know a fair few non ST holders who only go away as it is a much better experience; attitude I can fully understand after Swansea!

And dont forget, alot of people will cheer on tbe tangerines from the comfort of their own arm chairs (like me) and this saves on the 30 pounds ticket fee (which is loads).

To be honest its a bit expensive thank our club for that

I will still be there though, looking forward to it

Oh and we will sell out so no problem

Moan moan ** moan, if your going then just but a ticket, if your not because it’s too expensive then don’t, but stop ** moaning. I cant afford lots of things so I don’t buy them, but I don’t moan incessantly about it. It’s tiresome.
Try not be so defeatist. The german supporters demand fair ticket prices, and fair ticket prices is what they get.

We should try to defend the game for the working class supporter.

The problem we have at the moment is, there is a cost of living happening.
People are seriously cutting back on everything. If clubs stopped moaning with how much they charged there fans and maybe do £20-£25 then more fans would go. I think Sadler has made a huge mistake here and because of this, we can’t get 2,000+ of our season ticket holders to come to a match which is just 40 miles away. It’s pretty sad times that we are living in, I‘m afraid, and as for the coaches I think £15 for just one person is too expensive, considering it was £20 for Stoke which is more miles by Burnley. Maybe if it was £10, great - I think Sadler should get Pilley to pay for his coach travel.

If Germans even get a whiff of being ripped off they simply will not pay it in any scenario! The Brits are so used to getting ripped off particularly at sporting events and concerts they think it’s the norm!

Cheapest seats to see Bruce Springsteen at Villa Park £395
Cheapest seats to see Bruce Springsteen at Olympiastadion Munich €75

Who's paying for the hire? You think it costs £500 😄

Last year I couldn’t give my ST ticket away for some games ,fans are just happy streaming it at home .

I'm at a loss as to why the club should cater to armchair fans who are literally stealing from the club's revenue streams by downloading pirate streams to watch the games.

You really think there's a tangible number that don't go to home games due to streaming? Evidence says the opposite. This is why we need to get rid of the blackout.

As for travelling away, there is more of an argument but not much -

Well lots of people are going to want to watch the away matches on tv as cost of travel is getting so high and with the club reject the cheaper away tickets, it all adds to a hugely expensive day out.

The club should do cheaper home tickets (to encourage people out of the armchair) and do the cheap ticket deals for away fans (and stop rejectinf it like they did with reading and burnley).

We have quite a few on here defending the club for making it more expensive for our own travelling fans. I cant understand this logicz its lile begging to be ripped off.

Yep any game I go abroad to watch... I would have anyway. It doesn't stop me going to the selected away games I go to.

Home games I'll always go to them all.

Vpn means the club gets more revenue than it would.....

He's part of the Kodi stick IPTV get it for free crowd and now you know why I'm against streaming of games until 100% viewers means 100% money to the club.

Moans on here about ticket prices yet the tosser hasn't been to a home game since November yet we had plenty of cheap deals after that.

One of those who wouldn't go whatever the price full of bull.

Were not in Germany.

It surely should be anyone with a prior purchase history now.

That said I am surprised it's not sold out.
It shouldn’t get to that. It’s on general sale now, I believe? Or maybe on sale to all season ticket holders?

It’s horrendous. The same 1500 go away week after week, while everyone here claims to be apart of “the best support in the league.”

The fact it’s gotten to general sale firmly cements that we aren’t the best support in the league.

If people don’t want to go or can’t afford to go to away matches it’s their choice, but we will sell our allocation to Burnley. My only gripe with the club and l raised this with SLO (who said he was going to discuss with the club, but still not heard anything), is that they should have put in place by now an advertising campaign to get fans off the road and onto coaches from Bloomfield Road given the cost of fuel now and the environment. Doing this could offset the cost of the away match tickets by reduced travel costs and therefore making it more attractive. At best the club put one coach on and sometimes not at all like Coventry away last season which was a night match in appalling travel conditions which put many off.

The same 1500🤣 more like the same 300 or so the the rest just pick and choose

A very large number of fans don’t live in the town.

Who ever said we've the best support in the league wouldn't surprise if we're in the lower half of away attendances.

We where lauded last season as the best SUPPORTERS in the league by many teams.👍

This is a posivite sign that the supporter is putting family first, and not paying sky high ticket prices. We should be commending our fellow supporters.
Ahhhh, better send mine back then and ask for a refund. Last thing I want is Jaffacakes thinking I’ve abandoned my family without food or water to attend Burnley Away!

I think some you on here would like to go back to when we couldn't go to matches because of the pandemic.
If we all sat at home streaming then its back empty stadiums, no atmosphere and result in loss of jobs.

O/P you also have to realise that a lot of those entitled to a ticket won't go because the person/s they go to games may not be entitled until you get further down the criteria.
So if they only qualify at the bottom end of the criteria the ones at the top ain't buying a ticket until they all qualify.

Our group is 9 at home and they had to wait until the last day for the 7 that are going to all get tickets together.

So they can’t go then.
Yes so make the ticket prices cheaper so more people can afford.

Bayern munch ia cheaper than pool, and they are good.

I understand you have a more "fuck em" attitude but thats probably cause youre one of lifes winners and can look down on those without your means. Congulations on your well developed cuntishness

I’m not looking down on anyone, it’s just a fact of life wether you like it or not. If you can’t afford something* then you can’t have it. If you have a problem with the pricing structure i suggest you get in touch with the chairman of the football club and air your grievances. You never know he may take pity on you and offer you discount. Cuntishness enough for you ?

Or worse still, take policy advice from knobber fans who pretend to support Blackpool on an Internet forum 😂

I'd hazard a guess that not selling all our allocation before general sale is much simpler.

No trains and the most popular 2 weeks annual leave of the year for working folks are upon us.

really dislike this lot though. 6 fingered feckers rushed the cricket club bar last time I was there - They got short sharp shrift from our lot as they bumped there way down the steps.

We can make excuse after excuse but it’s very poor if we cannot sell 2000 tickets.
Many on here just cannot be bothered and no doubt will be singing “ Your support is shit at Bristol City fans

It'll be embarrassing if we can't sell 2000, I can guarantee you we'll be the only Lancashire club that doesn't fill the away end at Burnley.Fuck me we used to take 5-6000 when we were in the 4th division and only getting home crowds of 3000!
I get the tickets are a bit more expensive but it's only 1 pint less at the game Get a 4 pack and smash it before you go in.

I was in there, they still got battered though as Pool fans came in from both entrances leaving the thick cunts in the.middle of us and surrounded.

You jest, but there are supporters where 30 quid is a big deal.
Then you can’t attend? It’s not an issue. I’m sure there will be Burnley fans who can’t afford £30 to attend Blackpool away when it comes round.

It’s part and parcel of life, unfortunately.
