£30 for Adults in the Championship is a joke, it’s not like it’s the Premiership and operating strict concession checks is the sign of trouble waiting to happen!

Anyone would think we charge less.

That said they are charging hill £25 so it's tiered pricing.

Why we charge exactly the same(minus £1 commission some away clubs waver)why should it be any different for us on our travels?

£30 is too expensive but we can hardly complain can we.

I wouldnt pay that. Dont go and save your money....30 quid for 2nd division football.

Mind you, you know what they say.....a fool and his money......

I will be getting ours. I remember paying £25 years ago so £30 ok with me based on the fact it’s a great day out
Also no different to what we’re charging away fans travelling here

They do the same thing as Reading, we charge your fans what you charge our fans only its £25 instead of £20.

We must have turned it down so we have to pay £30 instead.

No hes not an idiot he is right. Just because we are a rip off club doesnt mean the tangerine army should accept rip off prices too.

This to me typifies the modern game, where the clubs just want to rinse the supporters. Even the premier league (which is money obsessed) charge away fans 20 quid, as in twenties plenty.

But it's literally because we are charging £30 that they are.

They would charge £25 if we agreed to as well but we didn't. Just like we didn't agree to £20 with Reading. This is on us not Burnley.

I know it was mentioned on here about the away game criteria. That's great if you purchased the ticets from the football club but what if you chose to pay on the gate which has usually been my preferred option.

Wrong it's £30 for aways in the PL.

Youre right poolseasider its 30 quid away in the premier league......so why is it the same in the 2nd division, makes no sense.

Why do people put up with this nonsense.

So there are restricted/non restricted view tickets at different prices . How does that work when people tend to sit/ stand where they want at away games. I'm guessing that it's only a roof stanchion anyway .

And get £200 million off TV. Gate money is irrelevant. Plus £20 is not normal for away fans. Plenty charge a lot more.

Because you rarely get many Sat 3pm games in the PL as a fan you can go anytime over the weekend including Mondays because of TV or European games.

I got that wrong wizzard. Its 30 quid in the premiership. Its the same price to go to burnley as an away fan as it is to go to anfield. That doesnt make alot of sense. Liverpool are alot better than burnley, in my opinion.

Not just your opinion...

Remember when 6000 could turn up and pay cash to stand on the Longside?

Ahh memories…..

Indeed Q. Night game in 1991, I don't think I paid at all. We filled the Longside and they opened up the seats in the Cricket Field Stand. I think the turnstile was broken or they didn't have enough people to operate the turnstiles so a good few got in for nothing. Crap performance on the pitch that night as was often the case when big followings turned up in those days. Did we go into meltdown. No.

Compare that to near meltdown now here today. I'd love to know what peoples cut off point is before they moan about ticket prices, and how long have they been travelling to away games, or to anywhere for that matter . Its an hour away from Blackpool, if it costs a fiver more (I'm not sure it does) and that's over your benefit allowance or pocket money, then don't go . Don't use it as another reason to moan.

This "potts must go" fella obviously never has any money concerns, good for him, he could even pay 40 pounds at burnley!

It costs me a lot more than that to attend games, anyone who knows me knows that but that's not my point and I'm not looking for any credit whatsoever for it.

Yet again we see examples of hissy fits at the drop of a hat on here.

If people want to attend a theatre show or a gig or take the family to a restaurant or for a weekend break, mostly they make a grown up decision to either go or they dont.

Fair enough there are platforms to voice disappointment with service, quality or lost baggage etc, if things aren't up to scratch but on this board it's an instant moan fest at every opportunity.

I won't be at Burnley myself and don't actually care if I never visit the town ever again. I hope anyone who wants a ticket gets a ticket. Every credit to them. You pay your money you take your choice as the saying goes.

I went to west brom at home last season.

I guess you must be a ** expert on all things blackpool. Well done.
Nobody knows anyone else’s circumstances but maybe in hindsight I’ve put football first and maybe I shouldn’t of but that’s the way it is and you only live once. What niggles me slightly is the constant moaners, its in their DNA, I’ve seen folk brag online about their 10 grand family holiday and then moan about an extra 2 quid on a football ticket😁

Thing is "potts must go" and "poolseasider" its clear you guys can afford so no problem, but spare a thought for other loyal supporters who are getting short of money and will be shorter still sook given these energy price rises. Try to stick up for the less fortunate supporter rather than giving it the biggen im alright jack attitude.

It’s a sad state of affairs that we haven’t yet sold out. Was the same with PNE last year.

The fact we don’t have 2350 supporters who are ST holders of 2 years who attended 3 away games last year who want to attend Burnley is actually laughable.

Jesus Christ.. How self entitled are you!

So we can charge what we want but our fans can’t be charged the same? Have a day off, lad.

However much you support BFC, maybe as people get older they don't want the hassle of the Burnley fans. It is not exactly a welcoming atmosphere.

It surely should be anyone with a prior purchase history now.

That said I am surprised it's not sold out.

I was in the club shop yesterday morning and the lad who served me said not many left and general sale from today
I’m certain it will sell out. Maybe the trains being on strike has prevented a few from going although BFC are running coaches

Come on guys, lets switch on our brains. The entrance price is mega expensive so the demand goes down..
Get used to this cause money is getting tighter all the time and most peeps are not gonna see their family go short for the sake of 22 men on a field. This is the reality.

It’s very poor how 8,500? Season ticket holders cannot snap up just 2,000 tickets for a game 40 miles away.
We were all moaning a couple of weeks ago about so few tickets we were going to get.

Yep. I climbed in over a broken turnstile. They shut the doors saying it was full, the door was kicked in and we all piled in. Must have been at least 1,000 did the same.

But two thirds of those ST holders don't/rarely go to away games so your left selling to the 2-3k who do.
