What a laughing stock the club has been this season! That's 4 managers in the last 11 months.
Progress?

Untenable for him after fans were invited to speak with players. My sources telling me he has walked.......
He was but he was also up against it, didn't help himself though at times.Completely and utterly useless.
Thank fuck that’s over.
If you don’t change to adapt what you’ve got then you are a proper shit manager. He was but he was also up against it, didn't help himself though at times.
I quite liked his character, in a way it wasn't his fault he got brought in knowing what he tries to do. That's on the board.
When his name was first mentioned I didn't know how it would work.
He was never going to come in and change what he's always done and that should have been known.
Yep but he's obviously not a modern manager, although he did at times play some attacking players but it's not his way so he's not really the man for that.If you don’t change to adapt what you’ve got then you are a proper shit manager.
The modem manager needs to have different options and styles.
Fuck off you tartA move so late that explains Pool's status as the Championship's worst run club.
Like Appleton and Grayson's return, the board should never have hired McCarthy.
The inept directors must now exit, with apologies to fans who deserve better.
YepAbout 4 games too late
It does not matter who the manager is, we are bound to struggle with the squad available for the Cardiff game. All the strikers out injured, three centre halves injured, hence our lack of height at the back and three experienced central midfielders missing since I do not know when. I certainly wouldn't be thanking anyone for handing me the job, more like the poisoned chalice!Too late getting rid of Appleton, too late getting rid of McCarthy - rather than Bullshit Ben we should change his name to Bungling Ben!
Lol ...It will be interesting to see if Dobbie thinks any of his young protégés can make it
So he’s shit thenYep but he's obviously not a modern manager, although he did at times play some attacking players but it's not his way so he's not really the man for that.
He was never going to adapt well to a different style after his whole career sticking with what he knew.
That was obvious from day 1.
All my warnings to directors proved right.Fuck off you tart
It'll be interesting to see how injured Jerry and Thorniley are on Monday. It does not matter who the manager is, we are bound to struggle with the squad available for the Cardiff game. All the strikers out injured, three centre halves injured,
The fans rounding on him would have been the final nail and I know he heard what I said because everyone in the stand certainly did.About 4 games too late
His record suggests he's OK at what he does, with big players who we don’t have and in a past era. Football is different now.So he’s shit then
Well fuckin done Raggy if that's the case then for me.....Untenable for him after fans were invited to speak with players.
I would actively encourage Apter and Holmes in squad we have no other striker and Poveda will not be here next seasonIt will be interesting to see if Dobbie thinks any of his young protégés can make a contribution.
Walked …… off the end of central pier ?My sources telling me he has walked.......
I was naive enough to think he would and when his third team selection was announced that was the point I knew we were doomed. He was never going to come in and change what he's always done and that should have been known.
Hopefully a few who said that was their last game this season will reconsiderDobbie’s appointment (although temporary) just creates a completely different vibe…
That is where Applestrudle fucked up by not adapting from his beloved 4-3-3 when it was clear very early on it wasn't going to work.If you don’t change to adapt what you’ve got then you are a proper shit manager.

Mutual agreement usually means there has been a financial settlement which is acceptable to both parties, I am sure Mick & TC will have been paid up to the end of this season, Mick will soon be on the golf course working on his handicap without a worry in the world, whereas BFC are left handicapped for the rest of this season at least. Dobbie has got nothing to lose, expectations are very low. However remembering Dobbie as a Blackpool player I am sure he will relish the opportunity and have a few surprises up his sleeve.Mick has done the decent thing in leaving by mutual agreement - he deserve a little respect for that.
He's left respectfully, thanking the club & the fans & wished us the best - unlike Critchley, who on another thread some now want back.
Thanks for your efforts Mick, you tried but it didn't work & good health for the future.
BM should be the next to go.
Without a restructure, new head of recruitment, clearout of players & a commitment to spend money, a new manager will achieve the same as Mick ...... nothing.
Fuck off again you weirdo. You never ever post when something positive happens. Where were you when we got promoted or even last season. You’re just a sad individual who sits in his pants all day waiting for misery to light up your sad life. When was the last time you attended a match???All my warnings to directors proved right.
Cannot accept the need for total change?
Your name should end WhiteFlag.
When his name was mentioned I said please no, but after he was appointed we all seemed to get behind it and I presumed the board must have made the decision for a reason, spoken to him about how he'd fit our squad. He'd been out the game a while and maybe he's learnt something new. As it turns out not the case, but the board would have known that.I was naive enough to think he would and when his third team selection was announced that was the point I knew we were doomed.
I also had to apologise to Phil of Wales for having a go at his scepticism prior to that.
Paulco loves dropping a hand grenade in & then standing back to watch the outcome. He's a major wind up merchant.Fuck off again you weirdo. You never ever post when something positive happens. He’s never had sex that’s for surePaulco loves dropping a hand grenade in & then standing back to watch the outcome. He's a major wind up merchant.
I don't think it would help the club to trash relationships with fellow professionals. Football is a small world. Leave hating to the punters. How has he been allowed to have any dignity in his departure. There should have been no mutual consent and it’s come far too late.
Great postI quite like him . I think he’s a good honest character just not suited to the players at our disposal . Who knows with our Jan additions staying fit he may just have worked a miracle.
