Probably due to "once a season away game types" being their tonight, a nice leisurely trip up the coast 😜 You wouldn't hear decenting voices from regular away travellers like WPC. I know he always gets behind Critchley 🤪🤪

Looking at the amount of managers apparently failing to do that, including the managers of the two sides I support managed by Southgate and Critch, a lot harder than it seems TAM.

It does... and we've kind of talked it to death on here earlier today... Thing is though, it's not realistic to think we can play 90 minutes full bore attack, so we've got to also be able to manage certain phases of the game much better. We've got to be able to cope without certain players, be able to make substitutions and at the minute it doesn;t seem t matter... If we start well, then we finish poorly, if we finish well, we've usually started poorly... We have to start putting some complete performance together and we've got to get better at the 'Game Management' side of things... I realise people don't like it and think we should be gung ho all the time, but every decent side is capable of doing it...

Grayson gave us one of the best promotions to the championship and was holding our own with an Oyston budget but I don’t want him anywhere near our first team.

His job is to get the best out of the staff and resources he has. Ten being best what would you grade him on his managerial performance this year?
 
Not to worry - If/When we win the next couple of games the feeling will change again and he will be a hero and the knuckleheads will be lapping up the first pumps.
We must have the most painful entitled fans in the football league.

No they won't unless you think fools gold is the real stuff. We need to see consistency and a manger who is learning and devoid of ego.

Ugh your point is pointless. He's paid to consistently make us competitive, improve the players we have, and seeing as we're one step above the lowest rung of professional football get us promoted or at the very least into the playoffs. The past only gets him the chance to do that and be paid for being a manager in the present. Has no bearing on anything else in football or in business. The goodwill is that he will get more time than others would but not much. If he doesn't have his team in place with results to match by Christmas I'd wish him well as I open the exit door for him.
 
The anti Critch stuff close to half time was due to we where 2-0 down against a local rival.
Those who say it's not a rivalry are wrong maybe to them it isn't but the passion of the under 30's around me last night proves it is.

This is exactly why there was the fan reaction.

2-0 down at the Tinpot tramps and unable to build a counter attack due to a non-existent midfield. Terrible team selection. Simple as that.

The whole away end knew this 💯

That’s two 2nd half’s of football where Carey has been much improved and it’s no coincidence that it’s when we are chasing the game and he’s given more freedom & licence to roam and play.

The starting set up of his LCM position, it’s like he’s on a netball court and can only go in certain zones for his position. It’s completely stifling him and us. There’s only one person that’s coming from…

No shock that when we changed this we were completely dominant and had control of the game and our better creative players could do what they do best.

Agreed - this is Blackpool , has always been a roller coaster ride . We are 8th in the league , looked dead and buried at half time so I can forgive a few boos , but changes it up and we looked awesome .
Ten minutes left and tried to shut up shop , can’t blame him for that , but one shot and one goal is unfortunately what happens in football . How many times have we deserved nothing in a match then snatch a point or 3 at the end . The same fickle fans will be fist pumping him next time we win .

correct! the worst thing that could of happened was us getting promoted to the prem all those years ago its made fans think we are sleeping giants when league 1/low championship is our level
 
Critch got it wrong again from the start. He’d never admit to it but us the fans knew it as soon as the line up came out. He needs to stop bloody tinkering and play the strongest 11.

Ha ha, I think it’s a good job there was stewards between us and Critchley last night at the end because when it looked like he was coming over to clap WPC was on his way over the fence to give him a piece of his mind 😂

We all want better, the manager included. The fans are just spitting their dummies out and it's all about this sense of entitlement and fuck knows where it came from, because top and bottom of it is we've been a fuckin tin pot two bob Club for the past 40 years or so.

We should be ** grateful that Manager's like Critchley are prepared to give us the steam off their shit TBH.
