If we do not receive a confirmation of your preferred option, we will assume you are happy for the money to be left within the Club
Not at all. If you don't contact the club then that is all they can presume until instructed otherwise.Bit naughty, that...
I get your point, but its money that's already been spent, so giving it to the club wont actually cause any financial hardship. Its option 1 for me but it's important to note that everyone is different and there should be no unwarranted abuse for anyone who decides to take the refund. Some people struggle to buy a season ticket at all, and to attend on a match day.
Overall, pretty happy with that statement.
TKL. whyBit naughty, that...
It's the fact that supporters can claim it back if they wanted. Decent statement mind.I get your point, but its money that's already been spent, so giving it to the club wont actually cause any financial hardship.
Do you think the club are going to ring round everyone who can't be arsed sending an option in?Bit naughty, that...
TKL. why
If you don't have an email in 2020 then you probably struggle with almost everything. You probably want to get them to get an email address.Seems like anyone ( and I know some ) without an email address is handing their money over by default !
Wonder if they could have also done a transfer your actual match tickets to next season option?
Perhaps the club will send letters to all those people who don’t have email, I’d of thought so.Seems like anyone ( and I know some ) without an email address is handing their money over by default !
You have nothing to apologise for. It’ll be option 4 for me. My income, like many others, has taken a huge hit in recent months and I fear it will take years for it to recover to pre-covid levels. I’m watching the pennies like never before.
It's on the club website and Twitter feed also.is this info being emailed out or is it assumed everyone reads the gazette / avftt?
Why? Every ST holder has the opportunity to choose, if no contact made you know what happens. I will be leaving ours in and it saves me the hassle of emailing all the numbers. Easy peasy.Bit naughty, that...
Or they could just as easily presume you want your money back, not everyone is in the situation where they can afford to let the club keep the money in what is a very deprived area. Doesn't affect me as not a ST holder but prefer to see both sides. Not at all. If you don't contact the club then that is all they can presume until instructed otherwise.
They have opened the door for every option available so fair play to them, albeit a little late for some apparently.
Don't you register an email address with the club when you purchase a ticket?Seems like anyone ( and I know some ) without an email address is handing their money over by default !
Thank you for all your BFC-related posts. It's appreciated.
Same here and agree with your 2nd point.Option 1 for me.
I understand the ones who are now in hardship.
The club voted to end the season early and now seem to want it both ways.Undecided between 1 and 4. Was going to gift but personally I was disappointed the club chose to vote to end the season.

No...a friend organised our season tickets for seven of us so we could all sit together.Any e mail If any would be his.Don't you register an email address with the club when you purchase a ticket?
that's fine, your opinion, your choice. Why?
You wanted the Club to spend loads of money to play a few games no one could watch?
Option 1 for me.
