A class act at League 1 level and i think he'll step up comfortably. Feel he got a hard time since having a rough opening 10mins at Wembley, 10mins which wasn't representative of his season.

Delighted, get the fuck in!

Joking aside..

Big fan of Garbutt and a player that can definitely make the step up to the Championship. Watch how he celebrates the goals at Wembley, especially the 2nd - clearly the lad is loving his time in Tangerine and that is reflected in the length of his contract!

As much he must love Everton, must be nice for him being at a club now where he is properly wanted. Let's see what you can do next season Luke, looking forward to it!

You could tell by the way all the players celebrated that it meant something to them and the team spirit was evident. This is the first squad I felt connected to since the Ollie era.

It is good news. His path must have also crossed with both Lavery and Bowler (if he signs) at Everton? I wonder if they had a chat with him?

Excellent news and that's the left-back situation sorted with James. I think Husband will sign even if he's not a starter from day one. Just need to get Ballard and the right-back position sorted now and we're looking good at the back.

Great news. 2 seasons of him plus James. We need competition for places and injury cover as we saw last season.
Great isnโ€™t it?

Depends on how close the academy/ under 23's players get to the first/ senior team, for example Simms might have asked Garbs about us before his loan.

Great stuff. This means a potential Husband signing would be a nice bonus, but we'll be okay if he signs elsewhere.

Really good player, looks like left back is sorted now with the 2 in.

Also Garbutts celebrations were particularly great to watch, really got involved did the lad ๐Ÿ‘

We must have been the busiest team in football these last couple of weeks. Wasnโ€™t expecting him to sign to be honest. Good that we are managing to keep players and Lee our momentum going hopefully.

great news, two championship quality left backs now in place!

Hubby is surplus now unless Critch sees him as a left sided centre back to compete with the Viking

Brilliant news, really good player. I hope Husband signs, he was my player of the season and I didn't rate him at all previously. I hope Madine signs as well but not sure about that happening.
