He comes across as Prince Charming and a goody two shoes but he needs to stand and deliver!I can't see it personally but he seems adamant.
When you say high up, is he washing the Stain off the roof?Only rumour I've heard he has lost the dressing room with disharmony in the camp.
Wow , that was quick , most only signed last week !Only rumour I've heard he has lost the dressing room with disharmony in the camp.
How can he have lost the dressing room when it's more or less a new team.....most have only been here a few weeks.Only rumour I've heard he has lost the dressing room with disharmony in the camp.
If he sets up defencibly against Southend and we lose......again, ...then he really should be sacked.Just a snippet of a person who works quite high up that could be his last game if it's a loss against Southend. And already got a replacement lined up. Allegedly
I told him it was third door on the rightOnly rumour I've heard he has lost the dressing room with disharmony in the camp.

Adam and the Ants also played at the Norbreck Castle Hotel back in the day before they were famous...He comes across as Prince Charming and a goody two shoes but he needs to stand and deliver!
What would an 80s pop star know about footyI can't see it personally but he seems adamant.
Can’t see that sort of information getting out tbh.
That said, I do think Grayson needs to get a positive result on Saturday.
Thorniley, Garrity, Edwards and Ward all easily funded from the Thompson, Guy and Tilt sales. After that lots of 6 month loans that can be discarded at the end of the season if a new manager wants change.
Errr what? In your corporate position you've steamed into anyone with a modicum of criticism of Simon Grayson. Never mind tomorrow pal. You've nailed your colours. If he's sacked I fully expect for you, OG and Robbie to be screaming what an utter twunt Simon Sadler is. You've made your beds - now settle in them. No turncoats thankyou.
Madine, Howe, Husband were all given permanent contracts. Edwards was signed last summer by McPhillips. I'm sure SS is concerned about a ten game winless run. There clearly needs to be an improvement, within the next three or four games.
sorry did mean Husband get him and Edwards mixed up all the time. Madine was free and yes lump Howe into the permanent signings column.
The more I think about it now, SS at this point has not made a massive net spend. Possibly no net spend at all. (Leaving wages aside). I’m not saying this is a good or bad thing at this point. Far too early to say, and gives plenty of wiggle room with SG to depart in the next month or so if things don’t drastically improve.
Its not really about transfer fees at League One level and below. Our wage bill has grown significantly. We have quite a few players contracted into next season, but most of the better quality players are on loan. Sadler is saddled with quite a few players who are not the quality we really need for another season at least after this one. It will sap the financial resources.
I think Sadler sees this as a rebuilding season and has Grayson down as a two or three year tenure, if we slip any further though he's going to have to rethink but right now nothing is going to change.
Heard yesterday from a former player and someone who knows Grayson that yesterday could have been it if we'd lost. Clearly not out of the woods yet and now he has to find both the result and the performance or I can't see him lasting the summer.I reckon that bought him another game, the lads he's signed might give him until the end of the season but I am still hopeful that Sadler will review it at the end of the season.

Saved by a 50/50 penalty decision, and a striker the fans want rid of?
Been chatting to my man tonight, he let me know about the Tilt saga, was bob on about everything with that, he told me weeks in advance about SS’s take over too.
I wa quiet surprised when he said the moods really changed against Grayson upstairs, they now consider him self yesterdays man.
absolutely bollocks about having someone lined up, but if these two results don’t go well “he’s unlikely to see the season out”.
I had doubted SS would be so trigger happy, but sounds like he’s not very impressed even in this rebuilt phase.
when you think about the signings, the arguments been, SS wouldn’t get rid of SG after investing so much. Iv said similarly along these lines. Has that much actually been invested up to this point? Thorniley, Garrity, Edwards and Ward all easily funded from the Thompson, Guy and Tilt sales. After that lots of 6 month loans that can be discarded at the end of the season if a new manager wants change.
Iv advocated for Grayson to be given time, and I’m still of that opinion. With where this line has come from and the spot on nature of the things he’s told me before it doesn’t look like he’s going to get it. Good or bad only time will tell.
