One of the worst performances I have ever seen. I told you all this was the game where it would all come crashing down but labelled negative. If no one saw this coming after recent performances, then they should stop calling people negative and listen more.

Morgan is one of the worst football players I have ever seen but you could say that about most of them to be fair.

We will do well to stay up. It’s that bad.

But nowadays the modern coach/manager has to over think everything and play players out of their natural position, ask players to do things they aren't capable of. It's not ** rocket science, play your best players in their best positions and you'll have a chance.

Unbelievably we have had 3 managers in a row (excluding Dobbie) who don’t do that
 
Didn't take to Sykes initially as I thought he was too hard on Norburn. Maybe not.
But he's 100% right about CJ, surely enough is now enough.

I said it’s boring, which it is because it’s basically the same post rehashed over and over again, you might want to reconsider some new material, freshen things up a bit.

That's half the point . A coach with badges should know exactly what players are needed for formations. If you don't have them, you don't play the formation.

He's a loon.

Yep not been anywhere near good enough from players or manager.

Players playing out of position, trying to be clever.

A passing style without the nous or setup to play it.

Players like CJ are useful at times, if played in correct positions and used right, but he's had an absolute shocker. He's not a wingback, when playing with no confidence and having one of those days he bloody useless.

We've looked tidy on the ball at time once we got our act together but zero cutting edge and no adventure in the side.

Silly mistakes and fouls in key areas.

Just now where near good enough.

Look, supporters arguing against each other is the start of a decline for a club, I'm not going to go on about Sadler here, he's done plenty of good stuff with the infrastructure but he is way off the mark on the football side of things. I didn't;t want Critch back and he is to blame for the awful football we have witnessed for 4 games on the trot and I'll tell you now, it isn't going to work this time and ultimately the buck stops at the top and he will probably stick with his manager but we could be in the bottom 4 by Christmas because there is nothing to see from the games this season that his tactics are going to work or that we are being unlucky. It's too late now anyway because the window is about to shut so any new manager will be dumped with what we have and we have some very average players, we also have some very good players too who need to be played in the right position and in a formation they excel in.

So I'll happily meet you at Cambridge, but only to buy you a pint and chew the fat. As Voy says, it's only football, but we deserve better than this.
 
At least the papering over the cracks of not losing or conceding have been laid bare.
No way will Critchley be potted, but he should never have been considered, his stats after he left us were awful and he continues to build on it.
Mid table if we are lucky beckons

I was for giving Critchley a chance because of last time.

Difference is, we had Yates, Ellis Simms, Ballard, Keshi Anderson, Embleton etc and they were quality at this level.

This lot could have played for 10 minutes after Lincoln left the field and still wouldn't create a chance.

We have nothing about us going forward and no options. If we don't sign at least 3 players from a level above we won't be near the playoffs.

no let’s focus on all the games so far ! We’ve been pretty shite, scabbed 3 draws and beaten the bottom team. Now hammered today by giving another shite performance. How much time shall we give it 2 maybe 3 years ?
 
We had to concede and lose at some point I suppose. If that performance doesn't get a reaction, I don't know what will. CJ is not a footballer, let alone a wingback. With Lavery now injured we're back to square 1. We lost today before a ball was kicked, that's on Critchley, the team, formation and tactics were pitiful. We have until Thursday to save our season, if we don't clear out a few and bring at least 3 in, it'll be mid table at best. Shocking.
 
Christmas certainly came early for Lincoln fans today. Two pens - a deflected goal and a man sent off for us. 😩 Just hope that Shayne isn’t badly injured? 🫠 Marv, meanwhile - needs to take a ‘longish’ break, to sort out his two left feet.

None of those things will happen, the only thing that will is that we will lose against Wigan next Saturday and Critch will hear what he has never heard from the Blackpool supporters, an angry mob calling for his head.
