Indeed and allows one of our best players to play on the right.Saw a chap play well at left back this weekend who could do a job for us. Sterling, I think he's called.
Whether Chelsea would be happy with that is another matter.Indeed and allows one of our best players to play on the right.
Surely they would be happy him just playing regular football?Whether Chelsea would be happy with that is another matter.
You'd hope so.Surely they would be happy him just playing regular football?
That fact as you say one is out on loan and the other not even warming the bench tells you all you need to know about what Critchley must think about them.We have two players already under contract who have played left back quite a bit in their respective careers, Jordan Thornilly and Daniel Gretarsson. One out on loan and the other seemingly deemed surplus to requirements, surely at least one of those will now be needed?
Who gives a shit? They can't recall him now.Whether Chelsea would be happy with that is another matter.
Husband has been one of our most consistent players this season and for me undoubted championship quality. We do! Garbutt too injury-prone, and Husband not good enough imo. No pace, never contributes offensivly, and stamina at a very poor level. He is good in the air, good positioning and has a strong body, but this is the championship - we can easily get better.

He has done a great job in central defence, but you can’t deny he has a lot of weaknesses out left. On the ball he is shite, his passing is awful! He must be maybe the slowest player in our squad, forcing him to compensate with holding and fussing. I was gobsmacked to see him completely empty after a forward run recently. Speaking of forward, he never contributes, which I assume Chritch expects from his sidebacks, having seen Robertson and Trent at Liverpool. Garbutt at least has very good crosses. I know this is harsh on Husband, but in modern football, you need wingbacks going up and down, with some creativityHusband has been one of our most consistent players this season and for me undoubted championship quality.
I really disagree with that.Husband not good enough imo. No pace, never contributes offensivly, and stamina at a very poor level. He is good in the air, good positioning and has a strong body, but this is the championship - we can easily get better.
I totally disagree with every word of this crap you have posted , but I respect it’s your opinion, and you’re entitled to it .He has done a great job in central defence, but you can’t deny he has a lot of weaknesses out left. Are you taking the piss trying to compare Husband and Robertson arguably on one of the best left backs in world football and just to add Liverpool don't play 4-4-2.He has done a great job in central defence, but you can’t deny he has a lot of weaknesses out left. You disagree with the passing? The pace? The stamina? The offensive contribution? Please be more specific..I really disagree with that.

All of it yes.You disagree with the passing? The pace? The stamina? The offensive contribution? Please be more specific..
Thornily is not out on loan. He has been recalled…That fact as you say one is out on loan and the other not even warming the bench tells you all you need to know about what Critchley must think about them.
Not yet. We’re preparing a final bid for CM.Thornily is not out on loan. He has been recalled…
I’m willing to put quite a large amount of money that he is one of, if not the slowest of all our players. If you rate him as quick, we really have different opinions on that. I can’t make you change that opinion. His stamina was there for all to see in the dying minutes vs Hull, where he went down in the far west corner, and was completely empty. All of it yes.
I’d check again if I were you.Thornily is not out on loan. He has been recalled…
If he's out on loan then how come he played for Oxford yesterday. Think the rumour that he'd been recalled was just that. A rumour.Thornily is not out on loan. He has been recalled…
As in the fact he played for Oxford yesterdayI’d check again if I were you.
Exactly. As in the fact he played for Oxford yesterday
Bergen, he isn't slow. And he has a great engine. Very peculiar post that looks wide of the mark. You disagree with the passing? The pace? The stamina? The offensive contribution? Please be more specific..
Hes quick enough and as quick as our other LB options. He works harder than pretty much anyone else in the side.I’m willing to put quite a large amount of money that he is one of, if not the slowest of all our players. If you rate him as quick, we really have different opinions on that. I can’t make you change that opinion. His stamina was there for all to see in the dying minutes vs Hull, where he went down in the far west corner, and was completely empty.
Every single word , is that specific enough !You disagree with the passing? The pace? The stamina? The offensive contribution? Please be more specific..
According to Madine on sofa talk a few weeks ago, hubby is one of the quickest players in the squad, and to be fair, I haven't seen him beaten for pace very often.I’m willing to put quite a large amount of money that he is one of, if not the slowest of all our players. I agree his passing isn't the best and he's not the quickest... I do think you have been overly critical on these flaws though to be fair. Everyone has weaknesses to their game and what he lacks for in an offensive area, he more than makes up for with his defending. He has done a great job in central defence, but you can’t deny he has a lot of weaknesses out left. Does Chelsea have struggling left backs?Who gives a shit? They can't recall him now.
I spoke higly of him as CB. Strong, good positioning, good in the air, decent tackles/blocks. But he is just not my kind og left back, which apparently one or two got insulted by..I agree his passing isn't the best and he's not the quickest... I do think you have been overly critical on these flaws though to be fair. One thing is for sure, we look a lot more more solid with his name in the teamsheet, regardless of position.
Regardless, we're still three full backs down at the moment. A further injury to Gabriel or Sterling would put us in trouble. Also, not to say that there isn't the potential for him to be a fantastic left back, but we have only seen him there for 30 minutes. He also isn't our player and could be recalled, especially with the injuries Chelsea have at the moment.Saw a chap play well at left back this weekend who could do a job for us. Sterling, I think he's called.
Someone on here has posted that it's too late now for Chelsea to recall. But yes, you are correct. I was partly being a clever dick but still, Sterling did the job very well and I'd be more than happy to see both him and Gabriel start at Fulham.Regardless, we're still three full backs down at the moment. Sterling Vs Keogh, Garbutt, Stewart, Dougall, Ward, Robson, Virtue or Madine in a footrace, and Sterling wins every time. Come on don't be silly, I'd bet my life on him to beat Madine in a footrace.I’m willing to put quite a large amount of money that he is one of, if not the slowest of all our players.
