Its a criminal case. Can only appeal if new evidence emerges that could exonerate him (won't happen) or that the judge made major mistakes that were detrimental to the defence. Unlikely that there will be grounds for an appeal.

Not really .. thought the fact some used NAPM as a reason to suck up to that crook was as bad as the mushies who continued to support the O's. Their fans hate us (as has been proven over the years) and so why go and stand shoulder to shoulder with them just because their crooked owner let you enjoy the fruits of his crimes.
