Pilley guilty

The club don't own Poolfoot it's one of AP's businesses so it up to him if wanting to sell, doesn't help the club one jot as it not monies on their books.

IF FTFC is for sale you've a club which has no training ground but use of one, a ground they don't own with 2 million a year operating loss and lot of Income from Pilleys companies be it BES shirt sponsorship or office rental etc.

The club is all about one person now their fucked unless he manages someway to keep the tap on.
But what with? If he was using money he hadn’t the right to?

From one business?
The Card readers, Poolfoot, Property rental portfolio and whatever else he's involved in etc away from BES.
Added on what he's got in the bank I'm quite sure he could keep a Lge 1 club going even if his energy company went under.

Prison and the rest of it aside, I'm not sure any of these businesses will be turning a profit without the sharp practice tbh. Will be fun watching it play out though, for sure.

Just offer 5 million for the training ground lock stock and barrel. Kick em when they’re down, he may need access to funds immediately. He’s a Pool fan at heart so may go for it. We’ll even let cods train there for a reasonable fee although they’ll only be able to rent individual pitches not the main bit. Deadly serious here we’ll sell the land we’ve bought, probably lose a bit on fees etc, but getting the whole shebang ready made at a bargain price needs pursuing.

As a goodwill gesture we can have it written into the contract that in 3 years time when they’re scratting around with Sunday league teams and only train midweek evenings that they can have first pick

Nothing like kicking a man when he’s down, but yes, why not

Surely the conviction will mean that Pilley can now longer have any involvement in the running of Fleetwood Town? Even the EFL cannot get this one wrong. Also if Poolfoot is owned by Pilley that would have to be sold because it was funded by his fraudulent behaviour?
