I'm guessing those companies shafted by Pilley have grounds to pursue BES in court for loss, over charging, fraud? etc etc. and this leaves BES open to thousands of claims from business owners.

With no income, a POC an obvious threat...... if Pilley has any assets available......Like a football club that owe him £16M?
There are thousands who will be looking at Pilley reclaiming this debt by selling Fleetwood Town & Pool foot.

Actually, I think it was 9 + 3 + 1 years for three main offences. But it makes no difference, 13 was spot-on. And POC seizures to attempt to collect £15 mill following soon. You have got to read the judge’s sentencing remarks for the full impact.
