If winning 4-0 away to top of the league, who were undefeated, doesn't give you the confidence to push on, then nothing will.

An absolutely outstanding performance and result. 16 teams had tried and failed, and we succeeded.

We've now played 6 of the top 10 away from home. We have a real opportunity here I think.
 
Considering Grimmy too small and can’t kick a ball to a team mate, CJ shouldn’t be anywhere near a football field, Marv finished and can’t play in a 5 a the back, Dale too light weight, Carey non league at best along with Beesley and a manager who is a kids coach, they did ok really 😉

Just picking the same team instils confidence. It shows belief and trust in them. For once we played our best available team rather than respondíng to the opposition. Long may it continue.
 
At 3 o'clock last Saturday I'd happily have taken 6 points from the next three games, let alone 8 goals for and just one against. 😀

More than likely i would think. Darren Moore making noises to that affect. He will do his best for us in between times. Total professional. Did a great interview with BBC Lancs not long ago.

I have a lot of time for Huddersfield Town. Spoke to a Huddersfield Town fan. He is at Barclays on the phones. He was saying they wouldnt mind having him back. I definitely think it will happen.

I was filling up at some of our football today, a joy to watch. Well done Critch turned the car crash of last season into the beautiful game.

Another cynical view is

All our diving, kicking B/pool at every opportunity wasn’t read by the ref especially 2nd half, and the lino was asleep for goal 2,

It was all about the first goal - we got it and we had a defence today and Pompee didn’t ! Both sides were good going forward but B/pool were just the more clinical

The Portsmouth "stonewall penalty" they claimed was just a player running into Kenny Dougall and going over. Not stonewall at all, a speculative shout at best. No team would want it given against them and no pen all day for me.

Also Beesley not even offside or so close you can't tell.

The red card was pretty blatant. Stupid by their player.
We did have some luck, but imo we deserved it over the 90 mins.

I get the shouts for Dougall MOM, I really do. But CJ Hamilton has a goal and pretty much 3 assists today (if Dembele's strike hadn't deflected). The bloke's on fire at the moment and today was as good as it gets from him.

What a performance from all the boys today though. Hence me being still up at 3am watching the highlights.
