Been re arrested now on suspicion of manslaughter and bailedNot that it matters but wasn’t aware he was a Blackpool fan. Very sad and as someone who lives in Lytham, it’s difficult to take. Thoughts are with his family and hope the person responsible is brought to justice. RIP
I think it’s because of the nature of the crime is that it is unlikely to be repeated and he probably isn‘t a flight risk. And we have to remember, innocent until proven guilty.Been re arrested now on suspicion of manslaughter and bailed
How they get bail is beyond me.
He shouldn’t be able to be on the streets. After all somebody has sadly lost their life through the individual.I think it’s because of the nature of the crime is that it is unlikely to be repeated and he probably isn‘t a flight risk. And we have to remember, innocent until proven guilty.
Yes he was re arrested on suspicion of manslaughter then bailed. Unbelievable he’s been bailed.his freedom should have been taken from him like he’s taken MatthewsRIP Matthew
Have the police got the murderer?
As the victim of a similar crime about 20 months ago I’ll hold my tongue. The police and local authorities are culpable though in the frequency of these incidents occurring, especially on the Fylde coast. The CCTV is atrocious and it’s known about yet nothing has been done to improve matters. RIP Shaggy - I hope the bastards who did this get caught and go down for a very long time - sadly I don’t expect justice will be servedI think it’s because of the nature of the crime is that it is unlikely to be repeated and he probably isn‘t a flight risk. I think it’s obvious I’m not defending anyone in my post. I’m simply suggesting why he has been given bail, as another poster asked the question. As the victim of a similar crime about 20 months ago I’ll hold my tongue. Hey, no it’s fine, I didn’t want you to think I was agreeing with the process ! Thanks for explaining xHi Lala
I know you weren’t defending anyone so sorry if my reply came across that you were insinuating that. One of my favourite posters - I certainly don’t have any beef with you x
T pep?Happened to a mate of mine several years ago outside Devi pub. Had his issues, dont know whether he said something but someone hit him hard and he banged his head on the floor. Guy most probs out after a couple of years on manslaughter verdict.
