The window to get them isn't great if you've got a 9-5 job.

It's either 10-3 next sat, although it does say non match day but probably open, or its wait til the 14th.

Think I might get them posted as don't want to be queueing up on first home game as not get a chance to collect them till then

I emailed the ticket office the other day about season ticket collection.

They said that if you require postage, it is charged at £5 and needs to be arranged by calling the ticket office on the 01253 599745 number.

I'm spending £800 and the club wants £5 for a stamp? No other business would get away with that.

£1,087 for me and my 2 lads.

We'll have to leave it til the 14th unless it's open on the 7th.

Maybe they can knock it off the Rangers refund 🙄

I was under the impression also that they would be posted out
I remember the times when we got them the day we paid for them in the ticket office. They used to print them there and then
After that we used to get them sent thru the post automatically mid July time. I’ve never had to queue up to collect a season ticket and never paid for one to be posted
Bad move from the club to charge a fiver should have been the cost of a stamp £1 max 😁😁😁

I think the £5 will be signed for secure delivery. But, I agree, should be sent out as part of the package
In the past Pete when they’ve sent them out it’s just normal delivery, l know because my postie who’s a big Pool fan knocks on my door and tells me I've got your STs here for you!🤣

Michelle not a chance they just put a first class stamp on it.
Signed for and special delivery rates are expensive.

Well everyone is entitled to their opinion so here is mine.

Firstly, I 100% RESPECT that £5 is harder to come by for some than others however, I’m getting fed up with all the moaning on this forum be it £5 postage on ST’s or £28 for Cardiff tickets.

“The Club” lost £3.5 million delivering Championship Football.

For years we banged on about “lack of ambition” of the previous owners.

“OUR” Club is now being run on a “Professional & Business” footing.

FFS stop moaning and back our “Magnificent Directors, Management Team & Players” and back them 100% if they ask for small contributions in return from time to time.

Only my opinion but come on we can see money has been spent on the ground, the pitch & the team, all money received by “Our” Club is obviously being reinvested into the “Blackpool FC Supporting Experience”

UTMP !!!!

Absolutely bang on.

It’s open according to my web search. I’ll be picking ours up sometime soon. As for postal costs, on purchases in the hundreds I’m a bit surprised on being charged for them to be delivered. But what’s a fiver these days.

Totally agree with you Ash 🧡🍊

£2.69 for 1st class with the Post Office isn't expensive.

Remember you saying "So a tenner is OK but 15 is way too expensive WTF it's a poxy fiver difference."

So a fiver isn't expensive but £2.69 is?

😱
For the club costs not me say 6/7000 x 2.69 that's nearly 2 grand.
Special delivery is over 6 quid so yes the client should be up the tab on a poxy fiver. 👍

Erm three different addresses for us that’s £15 not a fiver
Also I never said £15 was way too expensive so get ya facts right. Show me the post where I said that
What I did say was £15 was a fair price for a friendly and I was happy to pay £15 to watch a friendly

I have supported the club In every way possible since Simon Sadler took over
Season tickets all the shirts last year we bought that have never been taken out of the packet
Merchandise out of the club shop
New shirts and season tickets this year
Was told by the girl in the ticket office when we bought season tickets in June they would be posted out to us mid July
Never even received an email for the season tickets we purchased just my card transaction receipt which I kept. Then to be told we have to collect them between 10 & 4 when people work full time or pay £5 for them to be posted out to you a week before the season starts

Is this your first day using a message board?

I had quoted someone else's comments so my original reply was to them and not you.

The £2.69 is what the Post Office charge for a letter to be delivered signed for.

Anyway, why are you all shouty, has the window cleaner used your knickers to clean your windows and you've put them back on while they're still wet?

You're welcome.
Trying to be funny r you. Cos it ain’t working. So do one

I love how on this forum in one thread we're discussing how big the six figure fees are that we should shell out for players, and in another on the same page we're disgusted at having to pay a fiver for a recorded delivery. I'm unsure where this idea that the club is a charity has come from? If you buy something from Amazon you have to pay for p&p unless a member of Amazon prime.

It's getting tiresome tbh. If you think it's steep, just collect it on first matchday.

Tried phoning 3 times but just got the music for 15 or 20 minutes each time, so emailed and asked them to phone back to arrange to post out

It states on the front “ season ticket “ that must be to help the hard of thinking who didn’t know what they were buying.😁
