Season ticket email

Had mine, all fine except my daughters. Won't allow her to download the ticket to Google Wallet as she is under 13 and her phone is set up on family link so I can track etc. Just in case anyone else has the same issue that's why. Options are either take off family link or put the ticket on your own phone instead of your kids. Bit of a pain but there we go.
 
Got my email at 6pm. So easy just click on the Apple Wallet icon in the email and it downloads automatically to your device in 5 seconds. 👍🏻
 
I phoned up this afternoon saying I have no communication whatsoever from the club and my ticket arrives in my inbox an hour later.
 
Afternoon, just wondering has everyone received the email last night re electronic season ticket or is anyone still waiting on it. Checked all folders, nothing received. Thanks in advance
Received the email at 18:12 in my e wallet or whatever it's called with 2 clicks. Thought it would be a pain in the arse as I've never used this e wallet thing before. Well done BFC
 
Arrived earlier today... Piece of piss to download to Iphone.... Imagine it will be dead easy to use... Job's a good-un 👍
 
Out of interest, bearing in mind it goes to your wallet, my wife has sent me our Tesco, Nectar and Shell cards on a screen grab before now and it's always worked scanning but I know for my health club it's more it sends a signal to gain access. Anyone know which system will be used and has anyone tried downloading it on separate devices?
 
Of this who have received the email, did you renew yours early doors? I did mine about a month ago and have only had the first email so wondering if they are going out in order of when purchased.
 
I too renewed early and had no update, yet as soon as in general sale bought my little un her first ST and got the email yesterday. A little concerned as changed my seat at same time and had no confirmation at all other than noted the 2 seats had gone off sale and my original seat had gone on sale, so guessing all is well just need to be patient
 
I figured a work around as I cant always go and my wife will take our son when im working. So stuck both tickets on his phone. Im going to try deleting them and put on my phone at some point but cant see it being an issue.
 
We renewed (2) on the last Monday in June, and the emails arrived yesterday.

At first I struggled to download the ST to my wallet, but I realised it was because I hadn't bothered reading the instructions properly and I hadn't switched to Google Chrome. This is pretty clear in the original email from the club, I was just a bit impatient/thick.

This is really important if it isn't working straight away and you haven't got your phone settings to Chrome already.

This is really important if you haven't got your phone settings to Chrome already.
I didn't use chrome and it still worked fine.
 
I had mine emailed to me yesterday. Downloaded it to my g mail wallet but its not there. I have two Gmail address and it says I have to delete it out of one of them before I can download again. Trouble is its in neither.
 
Was easy enough to do. Problem is the phone I have for private use doesn't have the best battery life, so I may get a card anyway.

Anyone else think this is just to align with the non transferrable policy?

Can't see it being clever enough to not allow saving to multiple wallets.
 
Like London buses🙄 no contact from the club until I called them yesterday and the ticket arrived within a hour and it has arrived again today🤷‍♀️🙃

Send someone you know the email from ticketmaster & see if they can transfer it to their wallet. I’m sure if it works you will only be able to use either of them once. Let everyone know if you try it. I may even try it myself.

I've just tried downloading on another phone and it asks for the original to be deleted. Of course if you deleted on your phone, sent the link to a mate who then deletes post match, you'd just have to download gain on the original device.

Messy but doable.

Agree, just a matter of deleting I guess.
