I’m seeing an improved player these last few weeks.He looked motivated and a lot of what he tried to do came off for him.Okay no goal threat but I’m definitely seeing a player improving and trying to effect the game

Can't be arsed reading through the thread. There are some absolute wankers in our fan base keep slating our own. Carey is 2nd highest scorer. He's doing a far better job than most but the morons of our fan base are constantly on his case...

He was the only player that looked like making anything happen for us today. Had some great turns and runs with the ball through midfield.
Of course Dembele will again get the plaudits because he has close control and can turn quickly, but it was Carey running into space and giving the player in possession an option that created many of our opportunities.

Neglects the defensive side of his game and misplaces too many passes for me usually but I thought in the second half against Fleetwood and today he is looking like he may be getting better.

Not sure why he didn’t get a shot away when he broke on his own he’s normally quite good at that?
Thought he had a fair first half and faded as like the team did too so he wasn’t on his own.

maybe, there is an argument to start out with solidity but i always think it is best to get on the front foot early and then shore up if need be later on.

He put a shift in, and was twice as effective as Norburn. A player that Pool missed yesterday was Dougall.
