We can't risk changes up front or midfield until they assess the injuries to all of the back 4. They may have to sub them all!! Trouble is, if we keep them on the pitch and they are carrying an injury they are then likely to be out for weeks and we have no defensive cover.

Lavery has been poor but is finding time/space. Get Poveda/Corbeanu on for him and we might create something.

Not sure how fit Bridcutt is but we need to see more of the ball so I'd get him on.

We look like little boy lost... no pace... no composure... no technical ability... no idea....BUT it’s still possible to get something from this if MA can figure it out...😉
 
This is simply down to Appleton. I have given him the benefit but his team selection and tactics (if there are any) are diabolical. The players don’t appear to know what they are supposed to do and coming out of defence we have no outlet to cause any threat to the opposition. Yet another missed opportunity to take the game to the opposition when they themselves are struggling. We have made it so easy for them. We are just fortunate that they haven’t scored. All change second half, get our attacking threats on Pevada and Corbs and Lavery / Yates \Madine down the middle.
Exasperating !!!!
 
Laverys best work has been as a defender, says it all, said before the season started the 3 musketeers up front are not good enough, nothing has changed. Midfield is a mess,

Patino and Wright can both take set pieces, as can Garbutt, he is likely to be on second half, Dougall doesn't have to take them at all!
 
Can someone explain why Madine and Dougall are on the pitch? Dougall looks like he’s just completely not arsed just jogging round the pitch..

Theo/Poveda/Carey for Madine/Lavery/Dougall for me.

Dougall is absolute dog shit. He is no way a championship player. Just look at him against Embleton. ** chalk and cheese
 
Our midfield non existent, front players can’t keep the ball and hold it up. We need to be an awful lot better second half or it will be another defeat. Lucky to be 0-0. Something clearly not working here. Think we need width to start with. Possibly try Bridcutt if fit enough but if not why is he on the bench?
 
Lavery finds himself in the right back position! Madness from us today, we look totally devoid, Marv has lost his bottle, but still this is football and unbelievably its 0-0.

Can't spend what we haven't got but we should be performing better than this with the amount we have spent.
We are a really bad watch and the blame for that lies mainly with the coaching staff.
 
Poveda, Corbeanu and Bridcutt on - ffs we need some quality - only issue, 4 of the back four look injured.
Can we scab 3 points?

Very poor first half. Changes must be made either in effort or with subs
 
So this'll be Rotherham and Sunderland, 2 sides that came up.

If it carries on like this we'll have looked way off the promoted sides.

If we haven’t got it - fair enough. But stop ** lying to fans saying players have failed medicals etc when it’s actually us that can’t afford them!
 
Lucky it’s 0-0 midfield is back to front Patino offer’s little bite along with Wright, we’re being overran. Get Theo on for Lavery.

We won't know if it's failed medicals or increased wage demands but we are struggling to compete financially in this division, but regardless of that the football being served up tonight is shit!

The players don't turn up and play for nothing, even the loans cost money. If you think we should be spending more maybe you could throw a few grand of your money into the club.
