Tony (Toe) Johnson, a Blackpool legend 🧡🥲

I didn't know Tony personally, but probably like many Pool fans I knew who he was and I know quite a few of his friends.
It's awful news. Nobody should go to a football match and lose their life. RIP Tony.
 
Thoughts with the immediate family and also his close football family, it's not right, RIP fella.
 
Oh my…. This is so upsetting to hear, but thank you for letting us know. I’m glad his family were with him. This can happen to anyone.
Perhaps we should stop all this laughing about one Burnley person spitting blood outside the south stand post match?
All it takes is one punch and someone can fall back and hit their head. Just one punch. Think about it. I was telling my mate as we were walking past the Burnley fans outside the south just to keep quiet and heads down as Burnley have a history of this, but now we do too. I’m old enough now to admit my own mistakes made in the past, I just hope our current set of young fans don’t fan the flames.
